Condscending & Insulting Business Manager The Title Header is Self Explanatory.. I received a coupon in the mail from Justin Fecteau for a $25 state inspection. I called JP in service and aske The Title Header is Self Explanatory.. I received a coupon in the mail from Justin Fecteau for a $25 state inspection. I called JP in service and asked for an appointment and he said he was flexible. It was Saturday at 2:15 PM. I joking said how about now. He paused and said then said the service department closed at 4:00 PM but said sure , bring it in and he'd get it done. Less than an hour later he called me and told me my car was ready. I was super impressed! I knew I would be in the market for a new or used vehicle within the next year so I poked around their showroom. Not wanting to waste a salesman's time I approached Brian, the sales manager at the counter. he couldn't have been more honest and straight forward.I told him what I might be in the market eventually and he said the vehicle he was driving from the dealership sounded perfect. He threw me the keys and told me to give it a test drive. " No pressure whatsoever. He asked if I'd like a trade value for my car and I said sure but I probably wasn't going to buy today. Anyways when I returned Brian introduced me to Rich Steele, a salesman. We sat down and worked out a deal keeping in mind I had no intention of buying a car that day ! I had a previous experience with this dealership (10) years ago and was insulted by a salesman. I vowed never to go back. I had purchased (2) vehicles since then at another dealership. After being handled by J.P. , Brian and Rich I felt that this dealership had turned the corner and could be trusted.and was a good place to do business. That's when everything went south in a big way! They handed me off to their business manager " Eric. I don't even want to recant how poorly I was treated by Eric. I know sometimes people have a bad day but since he was the last person I dealt with at the dealership there It is highly unlikely I"ll ever purchase a vehicle there again. It's too bad be because J.P , Brian and Rich were nothing short of exemplary when it came to customer relations. More
