Worst 3 Day Service Experience My rogue was brought in for a platinum detail, oil change, tire rotation and multipoint inspection. Day 1 oil change and tire rotation done, I had to leave it another day because they couldn’t do the platinum detail on day 1 even though I had an appointment and left it all day. I left it and then picked up the rogue on day 2 and the vehicle was not buffed out or wax applied to the exterior. The front grill and door jams were dirty. Looks like they are passing off an exterior car wash as a detail. The multipoint inspection was obviously not done since my windshield washer fluid was empty. I called JP and told him the issues and he said to bring it in to have them take care of it. Day 3 now and guess what the results are....rogue exterior is the same with still no windshield washer fluid. Three days at this dealership and they still can’t get it right. I do not trust this dealership even though they advertise “your car can be trusted with us”. I rely on them to do the work I paid for and check my vehicle over and they obviously didn’t do it 3 days in a row. Can you imagine them doing any major work on your vehicle? I will be contacting them for a reimbursement. More

Their INTERNET pricing is a classic bait and switch technique. The INTERNET advertisement stated, "Priced to move, $8,023 below MSRP." The price was clearly stated as $21,902. I emailed them and told them I would write a check for that amount, and was told their was an additional $499 doc. fee; which I agreed to do. I went there, and after looking at a couple of other vehicles we asked what else could we do to save money. The salesperson said we could save an additional $500 if we financed the car through Nissan. I declined and he was pushing me to do it. I told him I would write a check for the vehicle, and he came back with a high price, which could only be determined by adding and subtracting a bunch of numbers on a printout; which was very confusing. He came back, and said it was an error; BUT the said that I needed to pay the extra $500 if I didn't take financing. It went from taking the financing would save me an additional $500 to I would have to pay it if I didn't take the financing. ( Check out the ad, as I uploaded a copy). I declined and said I was leaving. The salesperson, Joshua, yelled at me to sit down as he had wasted all day with me, and embarrassed me and my wife in front of other customers. We were civil with him and left. I followed up with an email stating I would buy the car if they honored the original price, but the sales person declined. I was warned of their tactics before we went there by two people, but I didn't listen to them. Avoid this dealership at all costs. More

Condscending & Insulting Business Manager The Title Header is Self Explanatory.. I received a coupon in the mail from Justin Fecteau for a $25 state inspection. I called JP in service and aske The Title Header is Self Explanatory.. I received a coupon in the mail from Justin Fecteau for a $25 state inspection. I called JP in service and asked for an appointment and he said he was flexible. It was Saturday at 2:15 PM. I joking said how about now. He paused and said then said the service department closed at 4:00 PM but said sure , bring it in and he'd get it done. Less than an hour later he called me and told me my car was ready. I was super impressed! I knew I would be in the market for a new or used vehicle within the next year so I poked around their showroom. Not wanting to waste a salesman's time I approached Brian, the sales manager at the counter. he couldn't have been more honest and straight forward.I told him what I might be in the market eventually and he said the vehicle he was driving from the dealership sounded perfect. He threw me the keys and told me to give it a test drive. " No pressure whatsoever. He asked if I'd like a trade value for my car and I said sure but I probably wasn't going to buy today. Anyways when I returned Brian introduced me to Rich Steele, a salesman. We sat down and worked out a deal keeping in mind I had no intention of buying a car that day ! I had a previous experience with this dealership (10) years ago and was insulted by a salesman. I vowed never to go back. I had purchased (2) vehicles since then at another dealership. After being handled by J.P. , Brian and Rich I felt that this dealership had turned the corner and could be trusted.and was a good place to do business. That's when everything went south in a big way! They handed me off to their business manager " Eric. I don't even want to recant how poorly I was treated by Eric. I know sometimes people have a bad day but since he was the last person I dealt with at the dealership there It is highly unlikely I"ll ever purchase a vehicle there again. It's too bad be because J.P , Brian and Rich were nothing short of exemplary when it came to customer relations. More
