Scammers and liars. Don’t be the next victim I told them I was in a hurry the day I purchased my truck so they took it upon themselves to add thousands of dollars in contracts for upholstery pro I told them I was in a hurry the day I purchased my truck so they took it upon themselves to add thousands of dollars in contracts for upholstery protection as well as numerous other things I did not want and was not offered. They quite literally slipped these pieces of paper in with the vehicle contract so I would not see them when signing in a hurry. The truck was 30 grand and needed to be brought in for service the next day and remained there for 20 days. When I got it back the upholstery was completely covered in oil smudges and they then proceeded to tell me they lost my down payment and needed me to provide a receipt to prove the down payment was actually made the day I purchased the truck. They promptly refused to install the leather I had paid for and harassed me for two days straight at work because of their accounting error. Their sales manager Bryan could not have been any worse and Richard Steele is the thief of a car salesman who literally snuck papers in to the pile without my knowledge. Just got the truck back after 20 days in time to register it and the upholstery is completely ruined. Because of the incompetence of the employees to actually remember to run my card when I gave it to them, they have been treating me like a criminal or as if I did something wrong when they were so concerned with rushing me out of there, they forgot to run my card. Most likely because they snuck in extra papers in order to get me to sign off on thousands of dollars of things I didn’t want so they were in a hurry to get me out of there. The icing on the cake is that they added over $3000 to the sale price of the vehicle and changed it from $27,900 to $31,300 and then promptly handed me the papers which I foolishly signed because I did not know they were criminals. Had I not brought so many vehicles there in the past I probably wouldn’t have been so trusting but maybe you can learn from my mistake. There is plenty of dealerships around so please do yourself a favor and stay far far away from Port city Nissan and Richard steel in particular. More

The Port City Nissan staff is consistent, friendly and always willing to help, and this time was no exception! During this visit, I needed new tires which they were able to replace quickly. Port City has never given me a reason to go anywhere else! More

Key replacement Mike in parts was very helpful in finding the right key for me in a timely manner, he went above and beyond. Overall good experience. Nissan’s online Mike in parts was very helpful in finding the right key for me in a timely manner, he went above and beyond. Overall good experience. Nissan’s online system was down which delayed key cutting and programming. This would have been a big issue if a rental had not been provided. However, upon returning rental, I was charged one day out of the week of having it which I hadn’t realized would happen, since under normal circumstances, I would not have needed the rental if the system wasn’t down. I received a call from Jason to explain the nature of the charge who told me “it’s not my system”, although he does in fact work for Nissan and represent the company, when I relayed the information I stated above. He also told me “he wasn’t the one who lost my key”, although I never mentioned having any issue paying for the key replacement, only the rental. Jason then told me he would reimburse me for the rental, although I haven’t received this payment yet (it has only been a couple days). Altogether, poor customer service from Jason and I probably won’t return if I have the option to go to any other Nissan. More

Once at the dealership my sales person was very helpful and informative on what I can anted for options & price. Everything I asked for and wanted to change we worked it out on price and accessories. In the end was a great experience! I would recommend PortCity to anyone looking for a Nissan . More
