I utilized the shuttle and was dropped off and picked up from work. I was extremely pleased with the level of service provided at this dealership. It hurts to drop large amounts of money down on a car for service and this location made it a lot less painful. I will definitely return! More

Not impressed Brought my Marano in for defective front sensor. Got a tin can loaner vehicle. When I got my Marano back later that day, I was told it was “all set”. Drove it maybe 50 feet and the error message popped up. Stormed back in to receive all kinds of excuses. They placed an order for a new sensor. After not hearing from service department for two weeks I called to inquire and was told “they fixed it when I was in,” I explained that wasn’t correct. So I received a bunch more convoluted excuses and the part was ordered and “would be a few more days.” So in the end this was a 23 day project. Started August 19th and ended September 10th. More
