On March, 18 2022, I when to this dealership to speak with a manager name John, I met with John who then introduced me to his sale representative Javier. Was looking for a specific vehicle that they had with a manager name John, I met with John who then introduced me to his sale representative Javier. Was looking for a specific vehicle that they had there, a white tiguan with 46,00 plus miles on it. I then was told by sale person Javier that, the vehicle was at the mall for display. He never asked me if i wanted to see it. So i purchased a Jetta R-Line for 30,000 dollar, with it supposed according to Javier came with tinted windows witch i got and he also let me know that it also comes with door protector's. When i pick up the car i ask Javier about the door protector and he reply that an order needed to be place and that the service department will call me when the part arrive. A brand new car and am already having issues with it, the driver side door doesn't close properly it needs to be slam so it can close.and when i called today and spoke with Javier he responded that the call was braking up and that he couldn't hear me and that he didn't know what i was talking about, can he call me right back, because that call was braking up, that was at 1230 and i try calling Javier back with no response. I guest i have to think that customer don't come first and is okay to treat a new customer just as so. Edwin Ortiz More
