I would give them no stars based on my first experience with an issue since buying my 2024 VW Atlas in May. I have 1,206 miles on it and having a tire issue. She tried to get me a service advisor, but came back on and said none were available, could they call me back ASAP. I said sure… now 10:10 pm and no phone call… not impressed. Would never recommend. We have bought three cars here and the process was long, but, had great salespeople. My issue is with the Service Dept. Took my car in Monday afternoon for an oil and transmission fluid change. I was told by Andrew it would be an hour to an hour and 15 minutes. After 2 and 1/2 hours I went to check. My car was sitting there ready to go, for who knows how long and Andrew had left for the day without saying a word! Then on Tuesday I get a text message from Josh F. saying if I had any questions to text him. I had a question and no response. So I called this morning (Thursday) to speak to the Service Manager. Jeanette took a message because of course he wasn’t available. It’s Thursday night and I’ve heard from no one!!! So frustrating. If and when I buy another car not sure it’ll be here. More
This dealership is very professional and accommodating, I came into look at the new Honda CR-V’s and Bailey Lavallee was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions I had. Bailey not only showed me each car but went through each specific package and allowed me to see the differences for each trim package. I was looking to trade my car in and they were very reasonable. This was my first time buying a Honda and I had a phenomenal experience and I will buy another Honda at the Port Charlottle Honda through Bailey! Once I purchased my vehicle, Bailey was nice enough to go through each feature of the car and their functions. I was more than pleased to work with him! More

After doing extensive research and in person car "shopping" we were very fortunate to come to this dealership (a experience at Port Charlotte Honda. After doing extensive research and in person car "shopping" we were very fortunate to come to this dealership (a 45 min drive from our home). From start to finish our experience with our salesperson Omar Richardson was far superior to ANY other car shopping experience we've had in Florida and in our home state of NY. Omar was top notch in every way. Honest and professional and got the deal done at the price we wanted to pay. No added costs & no shady tactics at the close of the deal. Absolutely recommend Omar and this dealership to anyone whether they want to buy, lease or trade. More

This dealership is out to rip you off. Took my 2022 Pilot in for oil change. They told me that there was a screw in the sidewall of my LR tire which could not be repaired. They wanted $300 Took my 2022 Pilot in for oil change. They told me that there was a screw in the sidewall of my LR tire which could not be repaired. They wanted $300 to replace it. There was only 8600 miles on the tire. Being a former mechanic, I declined and said that I would come back later. Checked it when I got home and the screw was not in the sidewall but in the tread. I had it repaired for $30. Will never be back to this dealer. More

First 10,000 mile service, and my last one at this dealership. I dropped my Taos off at 11:15 am and picked it up later that afternoon. Oil change and tire rotation, fairly simple. My wife drove the vehicle home, she told me the tire pressure light was on. I checked the tires, and they were all low, there was also a grease spot on one of the doors. I brought the car back and had them check the tire pressure and set it to specifications, or so I thought. We had to make a trip of about 100 miles, and I noticed that fuel economy was not as good as it usually was. I checked the tires again and they were all at 32psi, factory settings calls for 36psi all round. Needless to say I will not be returning to this dealership again. If they can't get a simple oil change and tire rotation right, I can't imagine what might happen with something major. More
Went down to Honda with my aunt to trade her truck in for a cheaper newer car. Well they didn't have anything she liked other than a 2019 accord. So she went with that. We had Jayce as our sales associate an a cheaper newer car. Well they didn't have anything she liked other than a 2019 accord. So she went with that. We had Jayce as our sales associate and he was great except for the fact that he did not disclose that the car was in an accident with the previous owners. When it came down to paying it the finance person had her sign up for all these different insurance's and extra stuff. She was paying $560 for her truck a 2022 Honda ridgline. The total for the car went from 26,000 to 56,000. This is the second time Honda has screwed her out of a vehicle. I would not recommend going to this Honda. There car options suck and there a bunch of liars and crooks. Also they promised floor mats to come with the car and were still waiting on those. And they didn't give us a spare key to the car. They suck!!! More

I have to admit, I was frustrated and a little cranky with Jayce at first...Carvana had duped us (and held onto our $$ for 10 days!!) and we were at wit's end trying to get momma a car. JAYCE could not have been more helpful, getting me everything I needed, and WE CLOSED THE DEAL!!!!! Go see JAYCE for help with a car.... what a phenomenal experience!!!! THANK YOU, JAYCE!!!!! More
