Scheduling with a loaner car has been easy with about 7-10 day advance notice. Communication with me on the vehicle status has been good. This dealer spent a lot of time identifying an annoying rattle coming from the front drivers side. After several road tests and fixing some suspected causes, they identified a worn pin in the brake calibe rattle coming from the front drivers side. I highly recommend this dealer for taking the time to identify and fix the rattle. The service staff and mechanic were very knowledgeable and diligent. Thank you. More
