This is by far the most comprehensive win for a car dealership we have ever seen. The staff is exceptional, particularly our sales rep Scott Prince. His kindness, mild manner, and non aggressive nature, made this experience not just an easy experience but a FUN one as well. We have bought cars from New York to Miami and everywhere in between and nothing has even come close to the same time zone as this dealership. The staff, was remarkable, truly, we couldn't believe how well we were treated. White gloves, a movie of our adventure, tailored red jackets and even a chocolate cake at the end with a walk along a red carpet to our new Macan GTS. Porsche cars sell themselves, the engineering and attention to detail that they take in their cars make them one of the best investments around, but to have a staff that truly goes over the top, beyond any expectations that you could even think of? I tend to trade in my cars pretty frequently and I made the journey up to this dealership based on them having the car I wanted at a decent price advertised online. I was met by Scott after my internet inquiry and the day I was there to test drive and look at the car he made the process as stress free as possible. I did have additional conversations with dealership management on numbers for my trade and the price of the car I was interested in that same day, however, I took a day to think about the decision. Much to my surprise when I was contacted by Scott a couple of days later, the price of my trade and the car I was interested in were agreed upon and even the finance department was able to get a better rate for me than a local credit union could. Taking delivery and signing the paperwork for my new car on a Sunday was another easy and quick process. I respect the professionalism and responsiveness of all of the Porsche of Ocala staff in this buying experience. The icing on the cake is also the extra touches they take to make every customer feel like an individual and special. Upon my internet inquiry I received a YouTube video from the dealer with a detailed interior and exterior overview of the particular car I was interested in. After delivery of my car they sent me another YouTube video with the delivery of my car and I received a personalized desk calendar in the mail a few days later. I really look forward to taking the car back for its routine servicing, as the employees of Porsche of Ocala went out of their way to be welcoming and informative. They know their product and seem enthusiastic in presenting their automobiles to the public with absolutely no pressure to buy anything. While I was waiting for the unavoidable delays that come with car purchasing, at least four others came into the dealership "just looking." They were all welcomed then left alone to look at the beautiful cars in the showroom and only when they asked for information did the salesmen engage the customers. At one point a customer, an obvious car buff, wanted to look at the engine in one of the cars and a salesman opened the hood, and both salivated over what was inside, really amusing. The trade in offer I suggested was immediately and quietly accepted then once the appraiser looked over my trade in, Mr Harrison came into the showroom and gave me more than the offer I had suggested. I would imagine this is a fairly rare occurrence. All in all, if one is in the market for a Porsche, this dealership is top of the line. Their cars of course are beautiful. They seem to love what they are doing, and it is reflected in their excellent customer service. More

The car needed new tires and I wanted to have the oil changed and he recommended Porsche of Ocala. I went there and, well I have been driving down from SC for service on my Porsche, five times so far, and I would not consider taking it any where else. People who own Porsches are a particular breed, we love and respect our cars and want someone who shares that same passion to work on them. I found this at this dealership. If you own a Porsche do yourself a favor and see John Norton the service manager for your next Service Maintenance, I promise, you will be glad you did. A bit surprised because I stopped at other dealerships earlier that day and their sales people just stood around smoking, and did not even ask if they could show us anything. After the test drive we were sure we were buying that night. We did the paper work and picked up the Audi SUV from BMW after a full detailing Saturday morning. There was no bait and switch, and all details were explained clearly. When it comes time to replace my second vehicle, I will be back without thinking twice. The customer service was the best I have ever seen. Did i mention you get FREE car washes for as long as you own the vehicle? Got two so far and its been only a week (love bugs are back out). More
