This is the most un-Porsche like dealership I’ve ever encountered. To start I was initially transferred to a salesperson that said they were on the lot with a customer (why wouldn’t they transfer to some encountered. Nevertheless, I was interested in the car so I called back and tried to work with his manager to put a deal together. Providing the manager with information on my trade-in (paid off mind you). This was at 4pm. Was not followed up with AT ALL and had to call back the dealership at 10am the next morning (this is 6 hours of time they were open without follow up when I am showing genuine interest in buying a CPO immediately). After waiting for another 4 hours and hearing back nothing, I finally call the salesperson around 2pm to which he just starts talking about himself and how he’s getting job offers from other Porsche dealerships. If I was a betting man, I’d say his income is based on where he works and not based on him being a good salesman. I’ve worked at Mercedes and Lexus and he wouldn’t have lasted more than a month at either. After ghosting me for 2 days, he finally reached back out to say the car was sold. Totally unprofessional. I had a great experience getting my car serviced at Porsche of Ocala. The staff was friendly and professional, and they made sure I understood every step of the process. I am very disappointed in the delivery process of my vehicle. My sales lady, Cheryl was great and made it easy to button-up paperwork. The finance manager also was a pleasure to work with. I found out my sales lady was no longer there when I had arranged the shipper to pick up the vehicle. I was extremely disappointed with the dealership. They did not bother to clean the vehicle and the window stickers were still on the car!!! The window goo was still on the windows and the car had embedded water spots and road film. I guess the “premier care coating were not applied. There was even a napkin in the cup holder. I don’t understand as this is supposed to be an upscale dealer? You would think the dealership would check the car since my sales lady couldn’t. I do not recommend this dealership. More
