Elsa Duet is one very pleasant person. I made my appointment three weeks prior so I was disappointed when I found out the the work (Intermediate Maintenance) could not be completed Friday. I made my appointment three weeks prior so I was disappointed when I found out the the work (Intermediate Maintenance) could not be completed Friday. The work was done Saturday afternoon. Elsa had what I believe was a very reasonable explanation and I could keep the loaner vehicle till Monday morning. Also the estimate of charges was what I actually paid.
