All my experiences prior to Brittanie were filled with uncertainty and an inability to get a loaner for multiple day service. I bought a $165,000 car and am sent home in a Lyft without a loaner for multiple days. For me, that profit only driven culture starts at the top, and ownership is milking every penny at the expense of a high quality customer experience. Thankfully, Brittanie actively worked with me to get me in for service when a loaner would be available. She was great to work with and turned a sour taste in my mouth from all my prior experiences into a good one. However, I will never buy another car from this dealership due to the apparent shortsightedness of ownership on how to make customers that expect the Porsche brand level experience, but get the sub par experience one would expect at a used car lot. To close, I've had numerous BMWs and Lexuses, and always were offered a loaner, even if it were a rental, which was fine with me. I will share my opinion with as many car enthusiasts as possible in my region. Whatever you are paying Brittanie, you should double it, because her customer service skills were very good compared to everything else at this dealership being unacceptable. More
