Porsche of New Orleans dealership has poor customer service for example they don’t update customers on vehicle repairs the service agents not organized , unaware of the situation with your vehicle and service for example they don’t update customers on vehicle repairs the service agents not organized , unaware of the situation with your vehicle and don’t return your phone calls. The customers are waiting long periods of time for vehicles to be service with no loaner vehicles every available. The dearlership don’t offer and rental assistance for a loner vehicle If I would have know customers service and vehicle service with Porsche was so unprofessional I would have picked another brand of car More

Unfortunately I did not receive the service you normally provide. To start, I had trouble getting through to the service department to begin with to schedule my service. Once I did reach them, it took 3 wee provide. To start, I had trouble getting through to the service department to begin with to schedule my service. Once I did reach them, it took 3 weeks to get an appointment and I was not told that was only to put my car in the que to be looked at and then it would be an additional 3-4 weeks until the part would come in and could be repaired. I would not have known my part would be covered under warranty until I asked questions and then connected to the other Porsche dealer that also provides service for my car in WPB, Fl to prove that all services for my car had been provided. When my car was put in the shop, I was told I was "lucky" to get a loaner even though I had requested it for the time of service 3 weeks prior. When the car was not done by the end of the week, I called to tell the service dept I was leaving town and did they want the loaner back. The gentleman told me no, that it was ok to keep it. It sat in my garage for a week when I am sure another person would have enjoyed having it...Once I returned, I was told my car was ready for pick up and all was done. I paid the invoice and came in, at that time I was told that only the service had been performed and the ordered part would not be in for another 3-4 weeks. I requested a loaner for the date I made the next month and was told I could not be promised one even that far in advance. I was also asked at the onset if I would like my car washed before I picked it up. I received it back dirty and unwashed, the passenger and driver seat were in strange positions. I understand things are difficult as we are all under staffed in our businesses. I am also a business owner and struggle as well. I just feel there was such a lack of interest in customer service I was very surprised as I have not really experienced this with a Porsche dealer. I am on my 3rd Porche and it is quite disappointing based on the amount of money my Cayenne Turbo costs and the level of service Porsche promises.I am letting you know all of this as I would want to know for my business so I could try and improve our customer experience. More
