I planned my service in advance and Ginger promised a loaner or that she would notify me ahead of time if one was not available. I texted the day before but got no call or text back. Ginger did not schedule my Lyft so I could get there for pick up in time Friday and did not pre schedule Saturday morning as she said she would. I have her texts to document her lack of customer service. Years ago service here was excellent but is a far cry from that now. It has us questioning whether we should start going to Baton Rouge.
