My car was at the dealer for 5 days at a scheduled appointment to determine what the issue was for an engine check light. When I went to pick it up, there was no specific diagnosis of the problem by a appointment to determine what the issue was for an engine check light. It was not until Antonio got involved as I was leaving that they were able to identify the problem and the required parts and then schedule a time to actually fix the problem. I don’t understand why this could not have been done during the previous 5 days that they had the car. More

29 days my car was in the shop for a fuel injector change and then they performed a ACC service on my car that was supposed to be done on another car not mine and then they performed a ACC service on my car that was supposed to be done on another car not mine More

Horrible service. My '18 718 has been in the dealership garage since February 21, 111 days. Oil change at dealership in January. "Oil Pressure Sensor" light comes on 2 My '18 718 has been in the dealership garage since February 21, 111 days. Oil change at dealership in January. "Oil Pressure Sensor" light comes on 2 weeks later. They changed out the sensor. Didn't work. Did a complete wire overlay, didn't work. In April I called again to check up on her and was told that they found metal flakes in the oil, resulting in catastrophic engine failure. Because I am still under warranty, was told that I had no option but get a whole new engine from Porsche of North America. No one has called me. Today was TEXTED that they would detail my car, and "Where do you live, we'd like to come get the loaner back." What? Oh no ma'am. Poor communication. Poor service. Beware. This case has now been escalated to the mothership and I will keep you updated. Is the lack of communication because I'm female? While I appreciate the loaner I received in March, that's about it. The "free" detail? great. Now extend my warranty or buy me out. I give you my car for an oil change (which I paid $800 for), and you essentially TOTALED MY CAR. Make it right, Porsche of New Orleans.
