I brought my car in for a recall and Porsche New Orleans kept my car for approximately 30 days. I was not offered a loaner when I initially asked, nor was I offered a loaner when asked a 2nd time after my c kept my car for approximately 30 days. I was not offered a loaner when I initially asked, nor was I offered a loaner when asked a 2nd time after my car had been there for 2 weeks. I was not offered any compensation for my inconvenience and when asked, Glenn stated the most they could give as compensation was $150. Additionally, when I picked up my car, a loaner was offered to the white customers. I expected more from Porsche in customer service, but is the absolute worst. My previous car was a Lexus and the level of Customer Service compared to Porsche is like comparing a tricycle to a Rolls Royce; there is none. I am truly disappointed and shocked at the lack of Customer Service for a premier and prestigious company like Porsche. I love my car, but if I had know the non-existent Customer Service at Porsche, I would never have purchased my Panamera. The process for recalls should definitely be changed. Porsche Corporate should allow local dealers to order recall parts as needed and not have the customer suffer until the recall part(s) is released. Again, a lack of customer centered service. Fantastic people who are straightforward and honest. I had Nate as my primary salesperson and Matt who worked with me as he was training and they had excellent communication with me the whole time and I had Nate as my primary salesperson and Matt who worked with me as he was training and they had excellent communication with me the whole time and really focused on my needs in finding a vehicle that suited my new life circumstances. I drove by 2 other Porsche dealerships to get to Porsche of New Orleans because their team is so great. I’ve bought 2 cars from them and I plan continuing to use them for my car needs. The service center is on point as well and has been excellent with my vehicle’s maintenance. I plan on continuing to drive the 3 hours to New Orleans for service as they have earned my trust. More
