Myers over the past 4 years and while the cost of parts is always the downer of every visit, the service and quality of this department is impeccable. I work with Mike or Erica and have without exception had every issue taken care of or made right if there was a problem. My most recent visit was a related minor cosmetic issue with a gas cap cover hinge and as is usually the case, they took care of it earlier than expected and this time I walked out with a minimal nominal bill. If I ever need a loaner they make arrangements without pushback or if I need to be dropped off at the airport and leave my car for major work and return at a later date they go out of their way to make sure I am taken care of. The fact that we own luxury cars and the price of maintaining them can be quite high I would still recommend them to anyone without question. More

Myers, the closest dealership and where the vehicle was purchased, for an evaluation of the engine to make certain there were no problems. My experience was fine. Previously, I have had a problem with this service department which may have been turned around. HOWEVER, during this process the service coordinator couldn't answer a question and advised me to call the dealership manager, Mr. Twombly. I did so and never received a call back which will probably make me look for another dealership the next time. I have bought 2 Carrerras from this place which would, I believe, make me at least worth a return call! More
Buyer Beware Making an honest profit is ok but taking advantage of unsuspecting customers by including substantial hidden costs is not acceptable. I leased a new c Making an honest profit is ok but taking advantage of unsuspecting customers by including substantial hidden costs is not acceptable. I leased a new car and the details are a little complicated but they have a tricky little way of NOT properly crediting your trade-in and down payment to appropriately reduce the total capitalization of the lease. I had to pay $1500 higher sales tax and was charged approximately $5000 more in rent charges than if they had done a traditional car lease. If they did it to me they have probably done it to others. I was looking at the same model I have been driving for the past 3 years. The answer to every question asked was "no" and "I don't know". Easy questions like can I release my current car? if I buy this car what is the finance rate? and how do residuals compare between the 2014's and 2015's. Was told that 2015's aren't out yet, when the dealer down the road has some on his lot. I have had a good experience with their service department but sales dept is terrible. Yesterday I purchased from a competing dealer for over $10,000 less than was quoted here. Keep away. More
