MSRP pricing.....don't waste your time! They contacted me about a new Boxster that arrived last August. I was not in the area. The car was still there in mid-October. After all this, they offered to sell me the car at MSRP and wouldn't budge (except for a factory loyalty rebate) on a car sitting in their lot for 2 months. I've been buying new cars for 40 years and have yet to pay MSRP for a luxury car. The Sales Manager (Linda) tried to win me over by saying "I'd lose my job if I discounted this car!" Pleeaassee! I felt like I was dealing in a used car lot instead of a reputable Porsche dealer. More

Lease Reup Our Porsche Macon was in for a recall and Porsche gave us a Cayenne loaner. I am a woman and always thought the Cayenne to be too big. I happened to drive the Cayenne a couple of miles as I was in charge of returning the loaner. It's a bit of an involved story, but when I expressed my satisfaction with the Cayenne with Ed Trombely, the Dealer Manager, I found myself driving away with a brand new Cayenne and new lease. Ed worked with me to satisfactorily meet my specifications, and Terry Weeks, Sales Specialist, made the turn over seamless. My husband and I were seriously thinking about leaving Porsche, but Ed was able to assuage any reservations I had with continuing with Porsche. We are happy as Erica in the Service Department has been so good to us. She is a jewel at that dealership, and we've enjoyed our relationship with her. Looks like we're going to be Porsche devotees for a while. More

I have bought three BOXSTERS, a CAYENNE and some 911s. Right now I have a 2013 Cayenne Diesel, 2015 Targa 4S and am heading their way to pick up my new 2017 718 BOXSTER S. I bought the 2017 BOXSTER because this one had many new features and techie items that made my 2014 Boxster seem somewhat dated. And they made it too darn easy to get into the 2017 718 BOXSTER S. And coupled with lots of knowledgeable people at this dealership, my overall experience is consistently good. More

Ed Trombely runs an excellent sales department and truly cares about making long-term clients. Early on, their service department showed signs of growing pains. However, their Service Manager, Erica, has worked very hard to get service matters dealt with quickly, completely and right the first time. As their dealership has successfully grown, their ability to schedule service visits, especially during 'season' has continually improved. Today, it is a top-notch Porsche Service Centre. They recently added Mike, a new service advisor to the client-facing team. Mike is an extension of Erica's service vision, is very knowledgeable, and most importantly, has a depth of experience in servicing luxury and performance cars. He and Erica are the real deal. They are up front straight shooters who know their product and make every effort to know their clients and their needs, too. More
