From our first conversation, Lexie's warm and friendly demeanor put me at ease. She took the time to truly understand what I was looking for in a vehicle and went above and beyond to ensure that I found the perfect car. Her expertise and attention to detail were truly impressive, and I felt confident that I was making an informed decision every step of the way. I wanted to share with you what an amazing buying experience I had dealing with Sales Consultant Lexie Lacono and Finance Manager Vic Moscevsky at Porsche of Ft. Myers. I have been driving for 38 experience I had dealing with Sales Consultant Lexie Lacono and Finance Manager Vic Moscevsky at Porsche of Ft. Myers. I have been driving for 38 years. I am a BIG car fanatic. I have purchased 22 new cars in the past. I am no stranger to negotiating a great $ deal. A car deal that fits my financial budget. I have purchased several car brands (Honda, Toyota, Ford, Chevy, Volkswagen, Mazda, Jaguar, Nissan, Jeep, Lotus, Ferrari, BMW). As you can see, I love cars! Porsche was always a brand I wanted to experience. I needed to replace my BMW family vehicle. This was a perfect opportunity for me to finally get into the Porsche brand. I located a 2018 Panamera at Ft. Myers Porsche. Unfortunately, I live 400 miles away from this dealership. Buying a vehicle from a distance can be very stressful. Trust me, I have a few scary experiences. Not knowing anyone at this dealership, I placed an online request for more information. Within a few hours, Mrs. Lexie Lacono contacted me. She was very nice, polite, and professional. I had a lot of questions about this used CPO vehicle. Mrs. Lacono took her notes and acquired the answers I needed. I felt comfortable moving forward with an offer to purchase. I gave Mrs. Lacono an out the door price. It was an offer that fit my financial budget. Mrs. Lacono took the numbers and ran with the offer. She worked very hard to get my offer approved. Mrs. Lacono accomplished getting my deal approved. I provided a security deposit and set up an in-person delivery date. At delivery, Porsche Specialist Kyle and Mrs. Lacono greeted me and showed me my vehicle. Kyle showed me all the vehicle features and took me on a test drive. This 2018 Panamera was everything that was described to me and more. It looked and drove like it was brand new. Exactly as Mrs. Lacono described it. Purchase paperwork was completed as promised. Finance Manager Vic was a pleasure to deal with. He took the time to give me some advice on future purchase of a 992 Porsche 911. Throughout the entire delivery process, I felt like I was buying a brand-new vehicle. Mrs. Lacono even included a few Porsche merchandise gifts. These were my first Porsche hat and tumbler cup. A very nice touch to an enjoyable buying/delivery experience. My drive home was impressive. The Panamera handled like a dream. After having this vehicle for a few days, I finally get what all this Porsche Ownership hype is all about. I should have experienced this brand many years ago. Porsche of Ft. Myers has earned a customer for life. I will be back in a few years to purchase a 992 from Mrs. Lacono. She is an outstanding representative of the Porsche brand. After getting a flat tire I called the service department to find out if and where the spare tire was. Service person Jose directed me where to find the spare. There was no spare in this model, however, Jose said there was. I had to call the 800 Porsche number to find out that there is in fact no spare tire with this vehicle. For the cost and quality of this vehicle, I feel that your service personnel should know the answer to such a simple question. I am very disappointed in this dealership and usually use the Naples Porsche dealership which is 45 miles further because of the disappointment I have felt with your dealership. I hope that you can correct this problem . More
Was told about issues that needed to be fixed and 2 items that weren't on this list is now giving problem spent over 7000 to start fixing issues spent 15000 for the car add 7000 on a radio and certain items that weren't on this list is now giving problem spent over 7000 to start fixing issues spent 15000 for the car add 7000 on a radio and certain items that need to be repaired and now I need to fix other problems that were not on the list that they told me about that needed to be fixed. I guess they inspect the car find things that need repairing and then you get the service done. You get home and find out things that worked before the service work done and pick up the car and now other issues are coming up More
