The dealer presentation is very clean with the vehicles neatly displayed in the showroom, typical for a high-end dealer. Now let's talk about customer service... it was superb! We were purchasing a 1998 911 air-cooled Porsche, which didn't carry a crazy price-tag. Didn't matter to Porsche of Fairfield team, they treated us like royalty. Mauricio even offered to put the car on a lift so we can do a thorough inspection. The overall purchasing experience was simply pleasant. These guys are fair and honest! I had been looking for a new high performance sports sedan for nearly six months, and had test driven quite a few CPO Audis and BMWs but hadn't found "the car." After seeing several CPO Panameras on the Porsche of Fairfield website, I stopped in during lunch without an appointment. Over the next several hours, Jose Suarez Diaz patiently arranged multiple test drives and then he and Bob Zaleski worked with me to make a very fair deal on what turned out to be the perfect car for me, a 2010 Panamera 4S. No games, no upselling, no pressure. The whole car-buying experience was exciting instead of being stressful (as it often can be). If that had been the whole story, I would have given Porsche of Fairfield a high rating here. However, the service got even better when I had a flat (a spike through the side wall) less than 36 hours after buying the car - and just before I had to leave town on business. I called Jose to let him know what happened, and he graciously arranged for the pick up, repair and delivery while I was traveling so that the car was waiting all "shiny and new" in the driveway when I got home. Talk about awesome service! I'm a new customer to Porsche of Fairfield but have happily purchased and serviced Audis at the sister dealership (next door) for years. I look forward to a similar relationship with Jose and Porsche of Fairfield service team. More

After a couple no-nonsense, just-the-facts, message exchanges with Bob email regarding one of their used car listings on the AutoTrader.com web site. After a couple no-nonsense, just-the-facts, message exchanges with Bob Zaleski, I sensed he would be a good man to do business with. The next day Bob led my wife and I through a thorough inspection of the auto of interest (a 2-year old Lexus LS460), factually discussing it's good and not-so-good aspects. As to it's price, we were offered a very fair "bottom line" number which eliminated any concern of "invoice padding" which we too often experienced in the past. I purchased a CPO 2007 Cayman S from Porsche of Fairfield. In short the car has been nothing short of amazing. Working with Nick (and later John) was excellent. It may sound like a cliche, but I never for a second felt like I was buying a car from a salesman. I felt like I was buying a car from a friend. Nick went above and beyond what I would have expected, and I can say with total honesty, that he had as much to do with me buying this car, as the car itself. The entire process, from the day I first walked into the showroom, to the day I picked up my car, was a positive one. I was really impressed with the amount of time Nick spent finding me the perfect car, and letting me know literally the second it came in so I wouldn't lose it. I was also just generally impressed with the dealership itself. The staff is very friendly, without any hint of pretentiousness. They are all "car guys", and are very knowledgeable about the products and the company. The environment is very relaxed, and feels more like a car show than a dealership. The music selection rocks. One last note, when I went in to pick the car up, it was discovered that there was a minor imperfection in the bumper. Both the dealership, and myself missed it when we looked over the car, and I think a lot of places would have been tempted to leave it like that. But they did the right thing, identified the blemish, and had it repaired perfectly. It was minor, and to be honest, I may have never noticed it, but they did, and they made it right. I think that's what puts these guys above the rest. I would (and have) recommended this dealership (and Nick in particular) to others. And when it comes time for me to purchase another Porsche, it will definitely be from them. More
