I wish I could rate a ZERO!! I was charged for services that wasn't rendered. Also charged labor but not provided with how many hours it took and rate. Just charged $750 labor. On, January 4, 2021 we was advised $1450 before taxes to replace alternator, new battery and programming of new battery. Upon checking out we noted we were charged for tension wire listed. Upon leaving, I noticed the battery wasn't indicated on the receipt. I returned to lobby and was told it wasn't done. I asked Mgr Andy why wasn't I informed and charged for it. Andy or Cameron the general manager charged me $750 labor without disclosing how many hours it took and hourly rate, He later told me 130hr. I told him at 12:30PM my alternator was installed so how is rate this much. They also changed my battery which has a sticker 12/18 in which this car was in my possession at the time, therefore its not my original battery, The company is untrusty and refuses to be truthful and charges for services not provided. The alternator was 275 and labor charge 750. I signed on the receipt stating this invoice amount isn't correct. I contacted GM he told me nothing he can do. Before leaving we noticed leaking the tech had broke vent hose in which we now have to get replaced. Adam was the technican, Brendon & Andy the service managers and Cameron Scott the GM manager. I told them we t\rusted there service and they not trust worthy . I will be contacting the media in Destin and they do not stand behind honesty. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. We bought this BMW a month ago, One day after being delivered it said please add oil and noticed big oil leak. THIS IS THE WORST PLACE EVER FOR SERVICE AND CAR PURSCHASING. i HAVE FILED A COMPLAINT WITH Better Business Bureau's Online Complaint System. More
After my car set for 3 weeks under iron water sprinkler that damaged paint I am dismayed. They told me to get estimates and I did 1200-1500 to wet sand buff. I was charged $2100 for an oil change and spark plug change as part of routine Macan scheduled maintenance. I’ve owned many similar cars and never in my life have I seen such charges . Even the Space Shuttle costs less to maintain. Seek service elsewhere. More

We bought it and came this past Monday to finish the paperwork. He made it easy for us to purchase the Lexus. More

I fully anticipated having to take time off to have a warranty repair done. What I did not expect was how stubborn, condescending and apathetic the service manager was to my situation. I described the very simple issue in detail. It is self-evident when looking inside the car. I asked if he could go ahead and order the parts needed to complete the repair and would take the necessary time off to have it done. He said no, I had to bring it in for them to have a look. Mind you, the dealership is too far from where I live to drive over at lunch. He really could not have cared less. Also, when pressed with more detailed questions about the parts, he had no answers or deflected the conversation with info that was completely immaterial. So, I called Porsche of North America and registered my concerns. The person I spoke to there, said they would call and encourage the dealership to "reach out" to me. I have not heard a peep. I called 2 other Porsche service departments and they WERE willing to work with me, so it can be done if you care....but not this place!!! More
Total disrespect for loyal customers I have been a customer of the dealership since its inception and have purchased at least 6 new vehicles from them. As the ownership changed to ORR I have been a customer of the dealership since its inception and have purchased at least 6 new vehicles from them. As the ownership changed to ORR GROUP it took on air of indifference and eliteism. I, to my detriment, continued to do business with them because my relationship with the service department remained stellar, despite incompetent management. On THREE occasions in late 2015-2016 I negotiated purchases directly with the sales manager Cameron Scott, and ALL three times he reneged on the hand shaken deals. He totally lacks integrity, and now that the dealership has built up its allocations he no longer needs the customers that built Porsche of Destin......BEWARE of Cameron, I learned he CANNOT EVER be trusted.......Because of Cameron I have sold the 4 Porsches that were in my garage and after 37 Porsches will not buy another for fear of them getting even 1 penny of my sales or service money. More

Superior Service to all others I recently purchased a Carerra Porsche in Dallas and unfortunately needed service immediately to remedy some issues. After visiting three Porsche deal I recently purchased a Carerra Porsche in Dallas and unfortunately needed service immediately to remedy some issues. After visiting three Porsche dealerships I soon realized there was something special at Orr Porsche of Destin and chose them. Not only did they resolve all issues; they went above and beyond what was just requested. I was able to have my car re-certified properly through them as well! I only wished I had purchased there to begin with. Margaret, Bob in Service are superb, as well as Cameron over the dealership. Seriously Kudos to Destin for such a small town to up Dallas In all areas to me.:-) More
