From initial contact onward, Eric Ex I cannot begin to express how pleased I am with my entire purchasing experience through Porsche of Conshohocken. From initial contact onward, Eric Exely provided me with outstanding customer service. I reside in Washington State and was initially a bit apprehensive about making such a major purchase without seeing the car in person. Mr. Exely patiently answered all my questions and promptly responded to ever single one of my inquires, often after business hours, on weekends, even on his days off. I couldn't have felt more taken care of. Because of his professionalism, courtesy, and friendliness, my fears quickly abated. Randy Seeker from finance efficiently handled all the documents; he provided me with very complete information regarding additional coverage, tire and wheel protection packages, etc, but never tried to pressure me into spending more money. Because Porsche of Conshohocken chose a quality transport company (Omega Express), my precious new car made its journey all the way across country without incident and arrived in pristine condition. Despite being well into the evening hours east coast time, Mr. Exley called the day I took delivery and spent a considerable amount of time familiarizing my with my vehicle. I even received a courtesy call from Maggie letting me know my license plates were on their way via overnight delivery. In summary, Eric Exley and the team at Porsche of Conshohocken made the purchase of my beautiful new Cayman GTS an outstanding experience. I couldn't spell Conshohocken a few weeks ago, but I can now and would not hesitate for a second to buy from them again!! More
