I would say everything was rated excellent except that unlike many other porsche dealers they don't detail the preowned cars (though they wash them pretty well), and there was an honest mistake that misled me into thinking the CPO warranty would extend an extra year on my car. Like I said it was an honest mistake and I'd easily forget that given Mark's great personality and other helps. More

He knows the differences between each model but also between the years of those models, down to subtle details that the layman may miss or overlook. But he should know this, this is his profession. What sets Michael Kaplan apart is that he is a man who can be trusted, Michael Kaplan's knowledge coupled with his trustworthiness is why I would not hesitate to work with him in the future. It is because of these traits that I would have zero reservations recommending him to my friends, colleagues, clients and family members. The fact that he has great products to sell didn't hurt, but Todd made my decisions so much easier by being helpful and understanding what I wanted. It was a day I won't soon forget and a buying experience that made me feel good about myself, my purchases and my car dealership. I am thankful to Ed Kress and Bob Palidora for making the numbers work and not confronting me about the minor issues and letting me have the final say.
