I cannot say enough nice things about my experience with Don Rosen Porsche. From the moment I walked in I was treated with respect, and the customer service was amazing. Danielle, my sales consultant, was knowledgeable, friendly, and was able to work within my finances to get me driving home in a new Porsche Cayenne S. I had visited at least 5 other dealers in the area (Infiniti, Audi, BMW, Acura), and none matched the professionalism of the entire staff at Don Rosen. The whole experience was low-key, and I never felt any sales pressure at all. The final price I paid for the truck and the trade-in I received for my previous vehicle were extremely reasonable. After picking up my new truck, a few last minute details had to be worked out and Danielle was attentive and the dealership worked with me to ensure everything was completed to my satisfaction.
