Danielle Ruess, my sales consultant, was delightfully friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and utterly professional. Danielle got things done promptly and flawlessly. She coordinated the custom build of my Porsche, arranged for the aftermarket additions I wanted on the car, and kept me in the loop on progress every step of the way. The price negotiation went exactly how I expected it to go. I asked for the dealership's best price, and I got it without having to put up with the obvious game-playing that happens at other car dealerships. Danielle and Ed Kress, the dealership's sales manager, treated me with complete respect and without any manipulation. The entire experience was as good as the car itself has turned out to be. When I took delivery of my Boxster, Danielle patiently walked me through the ins and outs of the car's various systems. She went just as fast as I wished and slowed down to make sure I "got it" when I needed her to.
