Very pleasant overall experience. Eric made the purchase of my CPO 2009 Carrera 2S Cab absolutely a breeze. The car was priced fairly but he worked with me to obtain an incredible deal and then offered $3K more for my trade than another absolutely a breeze. Pick-up was on a very rainy day so he brought the car into the garage for a full orientation. When it came time to leave I didn't feel that any aspect of this purchase could have gone any better or smoother. More
You always have to leave a voice mail to schedule a service appointment. I don't understand why they can't schedule it on the first call instead of having phone calls back and forth. Whoever answers the phone should have an appointment book so they can schedule service. Our car battery was dead following an inspection, not sure how this happened. I guess they did not check the battery during the inspection. We went to purchase a cayenne earlier this year. We went to the dealership and the salesperson never followed up with us despite multiple phone calls. We got frustrated and went and bought an SUV from another company. I guess the economy is not that bad after all. Parking is also very limited at this dealership, especially during peak hours. My wife keeps getting calls about an Audi that somebody else owns. We have tried to stop this multiple times without luck. Don Rosen is one of the worst dealers we have seen. We talk with our friends and they all say the same thing. They go to other Porsche dealers. They are always so courteous, do a fantastic job and finish when they say. I am in and out of service department ASAP. Really made for a pleasant experience. We went over every aspect of the vehicle and Bill made sure I understood everything before we moved on. Appointment was easily scheduled when I wanted. They provided loaner car and service was well done and a reasonable price. I was in and out dropping car off in minutes. the dealer changed my winter tires for summer tires. They did the wor in the time they said and were friendly during the process. Eric Exley, who has sold us four 911 Carreras over 25 years, is an excellent sales person who values his customer's interests and concerns first. Yes, selling a Carrera is highly important to Mr. Exley, years, is an excellent sales person who values his customer's interests and concerns first. Yes, selling a Carrera is highly important to Mr. Exley, but one always has the feeling that he is most concerned about what your options are and what your comfort zone is. The 2011 Carrera we bought (What a machine!) is far more sophisticated than the '99 Carrera we had. Because it is more complicated, Mr. Exley spent one-and one-half hours explaining the new features to us which provided us with a base line to study the manual. This review was before we bought the car. Mr. Exley is very patient and considerate with his potential buyer. Most of all, he is a gentleman which is very important to me as a woman. The head of new sales needs to learn to listen to his customers and not jump to the conclusion that he is always right; from my experience he gets things wrong but instead tries to blame his customers! When I got home I reviewed our car purchase and found we had been overcharged by hundreds of $. When I phoned the head of sales he said I was wrong and continued to say I was wrong for 15 minutes and then he admitted I had paid too much. The head os new sales was so confident that he was right; not customer focused. More
