The staff in service have always been very helpful and accommodating. Since my vehicles are older, they usually require part that may not be in stock. But that is not a problem. The service team checks my vehicle out quickly, order the arts and contact me when they come in. No hassle. The friendliness of the staff is amazing. They are really there to accommodate you and you feel well taken care of. I would without hesitation recommend you take your car there for service. In the sales department, I have always found the staff very cordial whether your interested in buying a car or just want to chat while your waiting for your vehicle to be serviced. They are filled with information about all of the vehicles and willingly answer any questions you have. My wife just bought a new Macan S and was also very impressed by the attitude and helpfulness of the sales ambasitors. definately would recommend them. More
