The worst experience ever. I purchased a high end model for over $200K. I had filled out all the paperwork as requested 2 days before I was to take delivery of the vehicle, only to have to redo all the paperwork when I arrived to pick up the vehicle. This took over 2 hours and because it was late on a Friday before a holiday weekend, the paperwork was finally submitted for approval, no approval was given, because corporate went home. This resulted in no car for the long weekend. After the weekend I went back to pick up the car. This time when I arrived, the car was waiting in the parking lot and had been rained on so no sparkling brand new car. At this point I’m asking myself is this really what’s supposed to happen when someone buys a $200K car? But, sadly, this was just the beginning of the worst buying experience ever. Next the salesman hands me the key and asks me to go fill it up with gas and come back and because I just want to leave I oblige. This ridiculous errand to get gas actually ended up as good thing though. While driving to the gas station with the salesman a warning light activated letting us know one of the car’s performance systems was not working. So, the salesman said it will have to go service to be fixed. After waiting for 3 hours, I was told they didn’t know what was wrong with it and won’t be able to make diagnosis until they talk with Porsche in Germany. So, I was given a loaner and told they would call me first thing the next morning with what the problem is and how to fix it. I recorded no call and when I called the next afternoon, nothing had happened. This went on for several days with me always having to follow-up only to be told there’re workjng on it. After a week they finally had a diagnosis and knew how to fix it. However, they needed a part and the part was only available from Germany and it was the only one in the world. This resulted in them telling me that they had no way of knowing how long this fix was going to take. The only saving grace was that I was able to drive the car before the repair was made, but only well within the limits of the cars abilities to perform. As you can likely imagine, driving a performance vehicle in manner that is not perorming as it should got old fast. I continued to follow-up with the salesman and service manager daily never getting any useful information. After several days of this I asked the salesman to provide me with the name and part number for the piece that we were waiting for, but had no idea when it would arrive. The salesman never followed up with and I again had to chase him and the service manager only to still not receive any answers. They would not even tell the what the part was. Finally, I gave up and took the car to another Porsche dealer who was able to diagnose snd fix car in within 3 days. After this experience I feel like there may have been a hidden camera on me the whole time and that this has been a practical joke that’s gonna be on tv. Unfortunately, however, that didn’t happen. It was just Porsche of Conshohocken’s complete lack of customer service, incomepetence in knowing what to do with the car or the customer, and probably how they actually think about their customers, which is they don’t. Did I say the car cost over $200k? Because this experience is horrible even if I was buying a used 1984 Honda accord with over 200k miles. More
Todd Smith and Bob Palidora were unceasingly conscientious and vigilant in working to get us a 2022 cayenne turbo SE, a car that is extremely rare and difficult to obtain in the current market e conscientious and vigilant in working to get us a 2022 cayenne turbo SE, a car that is extremely rare and difficult to obtain in the current market environment. I could write a short essay on all of the obstacles that had to be overcome in order for them to get this car to us, which involved prepping it and getting it to us from Philadelphia to San Francisco. Suffice it to say, they showed patience, good humor, and steady focus overcoming numerous obstacles that occurred in the process, none of which were their fault. I give them and this dealership the highest possible recommendation. More
I purchased a used Audi Q5 from the dealership in the beginning of May 2021. It is currently mid-October and I have yet to receive the registration or title for the vehicle. In fact, a state-run Vin/plat beginning of May 2021. It is currently mid-October and I have yet to receive the registration or title for the vehicle. In fact, a state-run Vin/plate check shows that the vehicle is still registered and owned by the dealership and that the license plate they gave me with car has never been issued. In essence, I have been driving an unregistered vehicle with a license plate that is not in the system. After more than a week and half of back and forth with the dealership the first week of September, they finally admitted that they never sent any of the paperwork to Harrisburg. Trying to get answers and resolution was like pulling teeth. I will admit that prior to the sale, they were very responsive and helpful. When the registration/title issues arose, I was given more of a shoulder shrug and a half-hearted apology. Not the type of response that I would have expected from a “PREMIER Porsche Dealer”. Perhaps my experience would have been different if I purchased a new Porsche instead of a $40,000 used Audi. Unfortunately, I will never know – when I hand the Audi off to my wife next year and go shopping for a new Porsche, it will most definitely not be at this dealership. More
Great experience from start to finish. I had a Cayenne S and was all over the place as to what my next Porsche was going to be. I worked with Todd and considered everything from a Macan to a Taycan to a Pan and was all over the place as to what my next Porsche was going to be. I worked with Todd and considered everything from a Macan to a Taycan to a Panamera to a 911. I ordered a 718 Cayman GTS 4.0 as soon as they were taking orders and couldn't be happier. The car was delivered to my home and the paperwork was a breeze. I'll be back for sure. More

Good people, good veicles! I think 4 stars is fair. The 911 I bought from them is jam up, and I did get a great deal on the vehicle. I did not go for the 5 star because the vehicle had some cosmetic issues I was not told about but to be fair I did not buy a new car. After talking to the GM, he agreed to send me a check to help offset some of the expenses I will have to make the car perfect. Thanks! More
Avoid this dealer! Seriously misrepresented product I have bought a number of Porsches including one last month from Princeton Porsche which was great. I visited this dealership because a description o I have bought a number of Porsches including one last month from Princeton Porsche which was great. I visited this dealership because a description of a car in their preowned inventory clearly and specifically listed it was available with an extended warranty. I drove an hour to see it. The initial sales person punted me to someone else and then sat back down at her desk. One of the other sales people crudely made fun of the sales person I was assigned to in front of me basically calling him an idiot. It then took that sales person more than 45 mins to find the car because nobody cooperated with him. We only found the car after I suggested we walk around to find it. I liked the car and put a deposit on it. Because they were so disorganized and the experience jarring for a Porsche dealer, I thought I should double check to see if the extended warranty was really as represented. They told me it did not have the warranty as advertised but only after I made the deposit and asked to have the fact double checked. Very deceptive and disorganized for a Porsche dealer. Really embarrassing and bad reflection on the owners and training. I would not go back or recommend. Something really weird and unprofessional going on there. More

Great working with Anne Rogers to come to an excellent price with a good trade for my current Audi. Anne made the transaction easy and enjoyable, something a bit rare in the car-buying experience. Robert Palidora very supportive in handling the related registration and other details to make a two state transaction painless. Plan to have the car serviced at Porsche of Conshohocken given great impressions. More
Excellent dealer I have been buying Porsche’s for over 20 years. I first met Eric Exley when I traded my first 911 in the 90’s. He has been helping me since then wit I have been buying Porsche’s for over 20 years. I first met Eric Exley when I traded my first 911 in the 90’s. He has been helping me since then with new cars. Terrific knowledge of cars- nothing he doesn’t know about all the models! He always finds me the car I am looking for. I strongly recommend asking for Eric if you want the best deal. Ed Kress has always worked with Eric making sure I found and drove home the car I wanted. Mike Pelberg has always been there to take care of any service I needed. Never had to wait. My inspection was running out on a Monday and he did the inspection for me that previous Sat when I popped in. Always wants to help whenever he can. Over the last 25 years, I have had no problems with any of my cars. I assume that is because their routine service checks kept my cars healthy. I strongly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for the best car at the best deal. More
