Due to my distance (4.5 hours way) from the dealership, most of our communication was via texting and email. Tony was assisting me. He was great. An excellent communicator. He listened and understood my needs. Zero pressure. We agreed in principle on the price of the can and my trade in before the trip there. I got a great deal on both the purchase price of the Macan and my trade in. Upon arriving at Porsche Wyoming Valley my wife and I were treated like VIP guests. We walked in and everyone there seemed to know our names and were we had come from. The entire team there was focused on our experience and making sure we were comfortable. Test drives are one thing but I ask if they could spend a little time helping familiarize us with all the features the car offered. Frank spent 40 minutes with us inside the car reviewing every button and setting offered. He too was amazing. In my process of searching for a car, I had many conversations with several dealerships and multiple test drives. My experience with Porsche Wyoming Valley was far superior to the others.
