It was the most pleasant car-buying experience yet. However, the customer services after the purchase was most complemental. All requests were fulfilled above expectation. However, the customer services after the purchase was most complemental. All requests were fulfilled above expectation. More

Michael Tesh gave my wife and I a great deal on our new Audi R8 Spyder and a fair trade in price on our previous R8 coupe. He was very professional from the beginning and worked day and night to answer all Audi R8 Spyder and a fair trade in price on our previous R8 coupe. He was very professional from the beginning and worked day and night to answer all of our questions on a holiday weekend. This is the second car I have purchased from the Auto Gallery and the first from Michael and he was on top of everything and even threw in some free add ons to make us happy. I would definitely recommend him to people interested in purchasing a new or used car as he is not your typical "car salesman." Thank you Michael! We love our car and will defintely work with The Auto Gallery in the future More

My original review praise this group, but looking back, I am deeply disappointed in trusting this dealership. Caveat emptor - I take full responsibility for allowing myself to get swindled - I hope the same am deeply disappointed in trusting this dealership. Caveat emptor - I take full responsibility for allowing myself to get swindled - I hope the same doesn't happen to you. 1. My car was a CPO, but this must be meaningless - windshield wipers were tattered, the porsche badge logo fell off, and the list goes on - I'm not sure what the value of a multi-point inspection is, if simple things are overlooked 2. My car was listed as Turbo II wheels. Instead, I received the original 19" wheels. I didn't realize the discrepancy until I looked at the pictures and price difference. There is a $1500 difference. Also, the wheels I did receive were deeply scratched, but it was buffed to be unnoticeable without closer inspection. The list goes on and again, I take full fault for trusting my salesman. Won't happen again. My original post: I can't recommend this dealership any higher without sounding like paid content. I had one of the most pleasant buying experiences working with Myron Grombacher and his team. How often do you get to work with a salesman who was also Pat Benatar's lead drummer? Folks were knowledgeable about their cars and understood my "important" buttons for negotiations. The trip out to Woodland Hills from Pasadena wasn't pleasant (traffic being what it is), but the beautiful car I left with made it all the more worthwhile. Myron is one of the most responsive and professional salesmen I have ever worked with. He is tough, but fair, respectful, and reasonable. I know this review sounds disingenuous, given the whole sales process and stigma, but all car-buying experiences should be like this one. This will be my first stop when I look for my next car. More

They were great to work with and gave me a deal no other local dealer could touch. Esie gave it to me straight, and did everything he could for me. Later when it came time, Esie was very welcoming and attentive when I came in for service and made sure I was taken care of. Great people to work with, and would definitely go to them for my next Porsche. More

His careful listening, and business acumen, reflected in sourcing and efficiently delivering the vehicles I desired; as well as his excellent follow up care, have won my loyalty. My wife and I reside in Northern California but we purchased our 2011 Porsche Boxster from the Auto Gallery in Woodland Hills. We previously visited several Porsche dealers in Northern California but purchased our 2011 Porsche Boxster from the Auto Gallery in Woodland Hills. We previously visited several Porsche dealers in Northern California but their Boxster inventories were limited and we could not find the vehicle we wanted at a fair price. We checked Boxster inventories through www.porsche.com and found that the Auto Gallery had the largest Boxster inventory in California. We initially contacted the Auto Gallery through the Costco Auto Program and worked with Myron Grombacher over the phone and by E-mail to identify and place a deposit on a Boxster with the features that we wanted. We traveled to Woodland Hills to see and test drive this vehicle, which we purchased and drove home. Our overall experience was very positive. Myron and other Auto Gallery represntatives were very professional and honored all the advance arrangements that we made by phone and E-mail. More
Run from this dealership..... First time we were Run from this dealership..... First time we were treated so badly in this dealership was when we were shopping for our first Porsche many years ago Run from this dealership..... First time we were treated so badly in this dealership was when we were shopping for our first Porsche many years ago. My husband came in an old pick up truck to inquire on Carreras. A few salesmen approached him and just turned their back on him without responding to his questions. They sized him up with the vehicle he was driving. Needless to say, we bought our brand new car from Beverly Hills Porsche. Fast forward to a few months ago and now I am saying to myself that how easily I forgot that experience... We traded in our car with a used 2009 Cayenne. When we got home, we realized that we were given only one key. The many calls to our salesman and the manager to get the other key were returned one time to tell us that we need to pay for the 2nd key for about $450. What customer service? And the spiel that the salesman gave us on the car that we bought... I am hoping that this is not car that was run to the ground by a drug dealer and returned to them. Yes, we should have done our homework first before buying, especially from them. What synchronicity! i had our car serviced yesterday at the Downtown LA dealership and they blow me away with their customer service. And this morning, I get the email from Eric Scwartz of Woodland Hills with the link to rate them. I am reminded of the big difference. I speculate that WH is used to celebrities coming in with a lot of money and other dealerships deal more with my demographic so a lot nicer. I know that my next car, a Panamera, will not come from Woodland Hills and that is for sure. More
I'M RETIRED SO IN 2008 I HAD LOTS OF TIME TO VISIT MANY SO. CAL. PORSCHE DEALERS WHEN LOOKING FOR THE USED VERY LOW MILEAGE 2006 PORSCHE 911 S I KNEW I WANTED. I LEFT MY BASIC REQUIREMENTS WHICH WERE STANDARD ITEMS WITH SALESMEN AT EACH OF THE 6 OR 7 DEALERSHIPS. THE ONLY SALESMAN WHO FOLLOWED UP WITH ME WAS ESIE SIABI AT THE AUTOGALLERY IN WOODLAND HILLS. HE HAD JUST THE CAR I WAS LOOKING AND I BOUGHT IT. ESIE WAS NOT ONLY RESPONSIVE WHEN SELLING ME THE CAR, BUT HAS CONTINUED TO BE MOST PLEASANT EVERY TIME I AM AT THE DEALERSHIP -- THIS HAS BEEN OVER A THHREE YEAR PERIOD. HOW MANY CAR SALESMAN CAN YOU SAY THAT ABOUT. MY EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN ONCE THE SALE IS OVER THE CAR SALESMAN IS DONE WITH YOU FOR LIFE. THIS IS NOT ESIES WAY IF YOU WANT A CAR SALESMAN WHO WILL REALLY LOOK OUT FOR YOU BE SURE TO LOOK UP ESIE. YOU WON'T GO WRONG More
