It's a great car at a fair price. Though, the price had increased between the time that I shook the salesman's hand to the moment that I was handed the contract. The dealership's online advertisement included items (such as a windscreen and colored wheel caps) that had been removed from the car prior to sale. In fact, my wife and I are absolutely positive that the colored wheel caps were on the car when we arrived, but somehow the vehicle had the standard silver/black Porsche wheel caps installed when it rolled out from detailing. When I alerted our salesman, I was told that it would take one week to get the parts in that I was owed. Further, I was told that they would be mailed to me for my convenience. When I called the dealership a week later to find out where the parts were, I was told that they had arrived and to bring the car in for installation. While a subsequent visit was not part of our agreement, I was anxious to put the matter behind me. I hopped in the car and arrived at the dealership that same day. My salesman provided everything that I was missing. However, he took the parts from another used vehicle and installed them on mine. The bottom line, it's possible to get a good deal from the Auto Gallery Porsche, Woodland Hills; just keep your wits about you and be on the lookout for potential bait and switch tactics. More

I very rarely run into problems at Porsche dealerships because they usually treat you with respect (as all dealership should), so I was surprised by the treatment that I got from him. He acts like it is privilege to talk to him and tries to pass me off onto someone else. I am very disappointed by his actions. David seems very arrogant, dishonest, and curt.
