Last year my husband ordered a Panamera Turbo from Esie Siabi with the help of Eric Schwarth,General Manager and Sascha Glaeser, a Manager and Customer Consultant with Porsche Cars North America, Inc.. They were all very professional and helpful when it came to building the car. We went to many different dealerships in our area and The Auto Gallery was the only dealership that followed up with us. We enjoyed our experience so much that we ordered a new 911 Carreara Cabriolet for me! Once again, with the help of Esie, Eric, and Sascha they help me build the perfect car! I took delivery last Friday. We also met one of the Owners, Harrison Gray who personally gave me a gift with the purchase of my new car. When it came to service, it was 5 STAR. When we brought our Panamera in for service, they gave us a loaner that was equal or better to our vehicle. Ron, the Service Manger was awesome. The car was always ready when promised. My Panamera was delivered to the service department on Saturday & was ready the same day. Armen called me to tell me that the car had arrived & he stayed very much on top of the situation. He answered my questions in a straight-forward manner & had the car ready for pickup as promised. When we told Armen we were interested in seeing the Cayenne he introduced me & my wife to Stephen, in the sales department, who was very professional & gave us all of the information that we requested. The feeling I get from this dealership is that they are striving to do the best job they can for their customers. I ran into the Auto Gallery totally by accident driving down Ventura Blvd. on the way to see a Lexus dealer. Standing out bright in the sun was a 2008 Porsche Boxster Limited Edition. The color (Mandarin down Ventura Blvd. on the way to see a Lexus dealer. Standing out bright in the sun was a 2008 Porsche Boxster Limited Edition. The color (Mandarin orange--I call it) couldn't be missed even with dark sun glasses. I immediately went inside and met Sascha and told him I really would like to drive the Boxster and the 1998 911 Cabriolet sitting in front of it. We went up into the Hills for a short ride and I knew that this was not the car for me. It was an automatic and I had never driven this year or style Porsche before. Then he pulled out the orange Boxster and I drove it up in the hills, in less than three minutes, I knew it was for me. it was just that much fun. We sat down and waited for a friend of mine, who really knows Porsche's etc. while Sascha pulled out the car's history. For me it was almost like new or at least in excellent condition. My friend Robert and I had previously discussed buying a Porsche Boxster and the color was also discussed on a few occasions--there it was. I did not even know that Robert knew Sascha and Auto Gallery, it was just an accident that I spotted it. We made a fair offer and they made a fair counter offer. We met in the middle and the deal was done. A few details about a key, steering wheel cover and some very minor things were discussed, like storing the car until I dropped off my leased car etc. Sascha is the nicest car salesman I have ever met, patient, NO pressure, just facts and information that I asked him about. I cannot recommend him with less than ***** stars. The Director of Sales Kurt Keener whom I also talked to was very nice and also a gentleman. Courtney who handled the paper work and insurance is the perfect employee. These people say that they will do something and they do it. Going through Sascha was probably the best buying experiences I have ever had, he continued to help me out on some details, made sure I came back to get instructed on the finer points about the car, answered any question with complete knowledge of the automobile and is still following up on some one other detail for me. I met Armen a very knowledgeable Service Adviser and asked him a bunch of questions about choices in an after market insurance policy, he quickly checked over and discussed the the fine points of the policy that I would not have guessed to analyze. It takes someone with his experience to explain what was covered and what isn't...He basically said that the car is trouble free, but it is buying "piece of mind". He was right. Overall, I have never experienced a group of professional, knowledgeable, sincerely helpful courteous people about any product than I received here. All of the people I met were extremely pleasant and you could sense that they were happy doing just what they were doing and that you would be well taken care of, long after the sale and into future with fine service.
