Don Sucich is friendly and attentive. He is very knowledgable about my Porsche S Carrera Cabriolet. He gave me the appointment time I asked for right away for the 2-year service on my car. I am the happy owner of a 97 Porsche Carrera S ( the last of the air cooled !) and, much to my initial surprise , find myself looking forward to bringing my car to this dealership for service/ maintenance : of the air cooled !) and, much to my initial surprise , find myself looking forward to bringing my car to this dealership for service/ maintenance : The combination of truly outstanding customer service and competence is unmatched in the Los Angele area in my experience( and I have tried a few other dealerships in the past ). While I have had positive interactions with quite a few employees there ( Don, Joanna, Esie ), I feel a need to single out my regular customer service advisor, Armen Mansouri. Armen is not only friendly, diligent , helpful and bright but he truly knows how to make a customer feel valued ! At this point, I couldn't imagine going anywhere else for service...even though as I reside on the Westside, Woodland Hills isn't exactly next door. More
