Went to pick up my 2024 Cayenne from service because code indicated I needed a part, and after waiting a month for the part, the part they received was defective and I now have to wait for the part again. H indicated I needed a part, and after waiting a month for the part, the part they received was defective and I now have to wait for the part again. HOWEVER, while waiting for my car to be brought out from service, Chris Carrol was so nice, a pleasure to talk with, and he was able to answer and fix the 1 burning question Ive had, which was Why artist names and songs never shows on my 2024 but did on all the prior Cayennes. This made me so HAPPY because that has irritated me since the day I brought home my new car. Give Chris Carroll a shout out! More

Absolute worst service ever, not sure if under new management? It was great before, that I purchased 2 cars from there 2 years in a row. went in last week for a simple fix, NO ONE acknowledged me, 2 s management? It was great before, that I purchased 2 cars from there 2 years in a row. went in last week for a simple fix, NO ONE acknowledged me, 2 so called service advisors chatting outside, ignoring me. The porter took my info (on a yellow sticky) and will have someone get back to me, till today over a week later, nothing. Will never step a foot back in this dealership not for purchase nor for service. More
