I have been a big fan of Rusnak for many years - both Sales and Service. As a current Boxster owner, I stop by to look around the Rusnak lot every once in a while, and what I appreciate most is that a Sales and Service. I was a bit apprehensive to go to a dealership to look for a used car, but my experience at Rusnak Westlake was far from what I expected from any dealership. I brought in my 2012 Panamera for a problem with the fuel filler door. I walked in and spoke to Steve and showed him the problem. He immediately called the parts department to see if they had the part to fix filler door. I walked in and spoke to Steve and showed him the problem. He immediately called the parts department to see if they had the part to fix the door. They did have the part in stock. Steve told me it would be repaired in an hour or so. Since I live close to the dealership, I walked home. in an hour Steve called me and said that the repair was done. I returned to Rusnak, signed my name on the work order, and drove home. How's that for excellent service! Rusnak is the best. More
