I personally had an incredibly wonderful experience when buying my vehicle from Rusnak (Dan Gibbs) Dan was so patient with me and spent a lot of time making sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. Not once did I feel pressured, uncomfortable or got the feeling that he was just "going through the motions." My experience was personal, and in one word, delightful. Additionally, Sam (the service and parts director) stepped in to assist when Dan was pulled away by another customer. He had no qualms about taking the lead to ensure that I was being helped. He even helped me clean out my car and transfer items to expedite the process. The overall experience was certainly fantastic and I think they have an incredible team working together to make customers happy and ensure that the operation of the dealership is functional, efficient and welcoming.
