Amazing service would HIGHLY recommend. We had been looking to lease a new SUV, I really wanted to look at the Cayennes, went to another dealership in Woodland Hills & they were so snobby an We had been looking to lease a new SUV, I really wanted to look at the Cayennes, went to another dealership in Woodland Hills & they were so snobby and wouldn't even let me look at the inside of a car without disclosing my full financials. I was so disgusted I was turned off from Porsche, on our way home from Santa Barbara, my husband encouraged me to stop here and give it another try with a different dealership, we walked in and met Kelly and it was AWESOME from then on. I really had a great experience, Kelly Bolton was so helpful and patient I just enjoyed every second of our experience. I am now happily driving my beautiful white Cayenne that they brought in for me from New Orleans. I love it and HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend them More

A nice and worthwhile experience I was @ first hesitant to make the 120 mi (one way drive) to Thousand Oaks , but my experience with Michael Rubin & Adam Chirchick made the trip more I was @ first hesitant to make the 120 mi (one way drive) to Thousand Oaks , but my experience with Michael Rubin & Adam Chirchick made the trip more than worthwhile. The Panamera I spotted online was described to me through the phone exactly as It was in person. The pricing structure was more than fair.. I also appreciated their honesty & fair pricing-in dealing with the Carrera I traded in. I am not one to recommend people or a business unless I walk away extremely impressed...Michael, Adam & Greg Austin deserve the praise. More

No AC No radio On one of the hottest days of the year my Porsche Cayenne began acting up first the air conditioning system failed followed by the radio and navigatio On one of the hottest days of the year my Porsche Cayenne began acting up first the air conditioning system failed followed by the radio and navigation system becoming inoperable. Without an appointment I brought my car to Rusnak Porsche. Where I was greeted by the service department who listen to my problem assured me that it would be corrected as soon as possible. I was given a loaner car a brand-new 2015 Cayenne loaner at no cost. Within a few hours I was notified of the repairs needed at the time expected to be approximately two days. My car had a leak and flooded the backside of the dash with windshield washer fluid. Sorting out some key components and sensors which had to be replaced. My car was returned the next day completely clean and dry as if it had gone through and complete detail shop the radio and air-conditioning systems work as new. Thanks again to Steve and all the staff the mechanics at Rusnak Porsche Westlake More
