Very bad experience when I picked up the car they gave me the keys and walked away drove for 20 miles. The service light came on five days overdue paid 75,000 and I have to have it service as soon as I drive the keys and walked away drove for 20 miles. Purchasing my first Porsche from Rusnak was a nightmare. The process took a total of 5 days. In those 5 days not one administrator called me or approached us to see if they can help. The dealership was impressive located in a brand new building. People were extremely friendly and helpful. The low rating is the result of my experience with a 2016 Porsche 911 GTS with 50k miles purchased from this dealership in 2022. The fault may be the dealership and/or a lemon car and/or Porsche de 2016 Porsche 911 GTS with 50k miles purchased from this dealership in 2022. The fault may be the dealership and/or a lemon car and/or Porsche declining quality. It is my third Porsche and the previous cars were excellent and I had been a Porsche enthusiast for 23 years. No more. Although still consider them beautiful have lost confidence in Porsche quality. Negotiated to trade in a 2011 911 over the phone and had a deal, I thought. The buying experience was somewhat disappointing as the sales manager was haggling over a couple a bucks here and there after I thought we had a deal. Not the Porsche experience I was used to. However, closed the deal and drove off in a CPO 911. First disappointment: the windshield was so pitted that driving into the sun was a safety issue because of significant Reduced visibility. Should have been no problem. But not covered by CPO and salesman insisted I pay the two grand to have it replaced. After some discussion the dealership grudgingly agreed to pay. Second: It rained. Multiple fault warnings popped up. Scheduled service appointment. Service found leaking roof drain damaged Module, they replaced it. Third: More faults popping up. Back to service. They saw there had been fault codes but none appeared while they had the car. Nothing done except verify it wasn’t roof drain. Fourth: Multiple fault codes again. Service found drivers side rocker panel plugged causing modules to get wet. Replaced modules. Fifth: Spring housing in rear spoiler broke, spoiler replaced. Sixth: Dashboard split behind instrument cluster. The split was ~1 inch wide and 8 inches long. Not covered under CPO so had to pay almost $8,000 to get the dashboard replaced. All this occurred within 18 months. I have always accepted the high price of entry and the high cost of scheduled maintenance. Other than that, have found personally and from other owners I know that their cars are high quality and don’t fail continuously like this one did. More

I would never bring my Porsche to another service advisor. Steve always treat me with respect, always keep me updated on what is being done on my car and when my car will be ready. But most importantly, Steve always tells me the way things are and doesn't try to do repairs or increase the amount of work just to inflate the invoice. I truly appreciate Steve and will always bring my Porsche to him. Thanks Steve. Benoit More
