Not done yet.. I have only brought my car in twice for service and both times, it took longer than I was told. This past time I drove the hour to pick the car up (a I have only brought my car in twice for service and both times, it took longer than I was told. This past time I drove the hour to pick the car up (after being told it was complete) only to find out it wouldn’t be done until the next day....drove an hour home. Next day when I got the call to pick up, while on the phone I asked if each thing had been done and have you seen this all “with your own eyes?” Answer was “Yes, I have!” Drove the hour back, filling up the loaned car for the second time, only to find the one thing the service guy assured me had been done, was not. He then asked if I had 5 minutes to wait and he would see if it could be done while I wait. Problem here was if it could be done, it would only take an hour or so....while I wait! I just couldn’t go there. The Service guy did offer to come get my car the next day (and I assume return it sometime ) but I needed the car and felt I’d have to address the issue at another time. A little rattle, No problem I drove my 2014 911 Turbo S in for service. I was hearing a annoying rattle from the rear end of the car. Porsche master technician took me in the car for a test drive he heard the rattle and said they would look into it. My car has a Porsche preowned service contract. Which would cover any mechanical problems with the car. I was given a service loaner a Panamera this was on Thursday afternoon told him that I was going to be out of town for the weekend and I said no problem will talk to you on Monday. Midmorning Monday I received a phone call from search apartment saying that my car was ready and able to be picked up anytime. The car is sounds well thank you to Rusnak’s Service staff and the service Advisers for their speedy work. Devoted Porsche owner . More

Software Update My 2014 Cayman S PDK transmission started acting strangely. Turned out the car needed updates to the PDK software, DME software, and PCM software. Rus My 2014 Cayman S PDK transmission started acting strangely. Turned out the car needed updates to the PDK software, DME software, and PCM software. Rusnak (Skip) installed and tested these, returned the car to me and everything is back to normal. Work was done under warranty. The personnel at Rusnak I've come in contact with are friendly, professional, and you are always treated with respect. I'll buy another car from them when the time comes. More
