Robert was great. I first contacted him a year ago and decided that the market too frothy at the time. He didn’t pressure me too much at the time, and wasn’t sour when I first contacted him a year ago and decided that the market too frothy at the time. Low pressure, good guidance on the right car for me (based on my needs / finances / personality), and a pretty high level of honesty. They were patient with the exhaustive list of questions I had, and I’m very happy with the car I got. My family has been buying cars from Rusnak for years, and now that I’ve dealt with them myself, I understand why. More

Dishonest, sketchy, horrible customer service! !! Would never want to do business with this dealership and/or recommend this place to anyone. Does not follow up with my deposit for the Porsche Maca !! Would never want to do business with this dealership and/or recommend this place to anyone. Does not follow up with my deposit for the Porsche Macan GTS that I put my name down for. It was so suspicious that the vehicle I put my name down was given to someone else just so they could make higher premiums/make ups. Very bad, dishonest people working here give Porsche a bad name.
