I'm a loyal customer of Porsche West Palm Beach Brahman based on one thing Service. Krystal is phenomenal from A to Z she never misses out on details. She genuinely cares for customer making entire process flawless. Clear and easy communication, diagnostic sent to phone. Krystal and Rachel had my loaner car waiting. Rachel was also on her A game with her organization. Easy process I arrive sign, Krystal gave me choice to get breakfast while I'm there I selected espresso. I was impressed by diagnostic test sent to my phone with video from A1 Porsche mechanic describing what service car needs. I was able to select services I wanted done this visit. Also found re-call on headlights that needed to be done. Krystal also went out of her way to save me money, what dealership does that? Pick up process was flawless paid thru online link. I dropped loaner off and walked to my car that was washed, and gas tank was filled. Krystal, Rachel are the best team. Porsche is lucky to have quality people on their staff. More

The multiple point inspection was correct as I'm a Porsche owner that treat my car like a part of family. I like the due diligence the Porsche Gold star mechanic is giving to my vehicle. Just two things I question have been the transparency of pricing and process. The backstory is my key fob was accidentally pulled out of ignition while in park. This locked up ignition possible setting off anti theft. The only option that was told to me is we need to replace ignition for $1006.00. I didnt even get to ask question of is it anti theft, and can we reprogram key fobs also check the anti theft to reset? Secondly, I question is getting a loaner was not easy. I live in Port st lucie, I had to make another trip to dealership to get loaner. It was not til I called Loaner department, did I get get a text from Krystal stating they did have loaner ready. No harm no foul Krystal was on top of it and got my loaner. It was little pricy for a simple key pulled out of ignition while car was in park. But I trust Gold start professional mechanics. I will let you all know with Part 2. I pick my car up later next week. More

I bought a pre owned car under warranty from Porsche that the previous owner replace the seat under warranty. When I bought the car I didn’t realized they’ve replaced it with the wrong part. So I called them and asked to fix it because the car is under warranty. I Sophie to Megan wall myself. She didn’t even wanted to see the car. Her claim was “I don’t know if you replaced it yourself”. Yeah right. I will buy a Porsche seat and replace it myself when it’s under warranty and I can do it for free. Any way I am going to sue them. It is disappointing that a company like Porsche treating customers this way. More
Had a terrible time here. 991.2 turbo s had engine faults etc all under warranty. Nothing was fixed. Service manager said to my wife it was because the car wasn't driven hard. I beg to differ my wife doesn't etc all under warranty. Nothing was fixed. Service manager said to my wife it was because the car wasn't driven hard. I beg to differ my wife doesn't drive herself and I tear the car up daily I recline it, use launch control, etc. They held the car for 5 days and returned it worse than when I dropped it off. This is why I drive v12 ferraris. Porsche has diluted their cars and their brand. I cannot believe that this dealer is so bad. More
Don’t service your car at this dealership!!!! I never leave negative reviews but I’m still so upset about the Braman service negligence. I purchased a “Porsche" vehicle brand for the assured quality, pre leave negative reviews but I’m still so upset about the Braman service negligence. I purchased a “Porsche" vehicle brand for the assured quality, prestige and service. For the past year, I have been proven wrong. Basically, I had nail in tire which was replaced by Braman Porsche. Thereafter, I contacted service provider at Braman that tire sensor warning alert is on, brought in my car for inspection MULTIPLE times and was told sensor was reset, I guess without inspection of my tires???? I was in Ocala and brought my car to Porsche of Ocala for service – and was told that the rear tire and wheel was rotated to front which caused all my tire issues. Porche tires are staggered and should never have been rotated. Braman never owned up to the issue, although I have all the documentations. Their negligence have put me and others in danger on the road. In short I’m warning others NOT to use Porche Braman for service! Incapable of diagnosing or treating your vehicles. If it wasn’t for huge financial loss, I would have sold my vehicle. More
I had an experience today that proved that WPB Braman Porsche is an outstanding dealership. Earlier, I was disappointed with a service related technicality that Megan Wall, as the service manager, took Porsche is an outstanding dealership. Service from xxxx I took my Panamera in because the oil change light was on. On the way to Braman, the check engine light went on. They did the oil change and replace I took my Panamera in because the oil change light was on. On the way to Braman, the check engine light went on. They did the oil change and replaced the engine mounts for the check engine lights. My father-in-law owned Replacement Engine Company and he never had to replace engine mounts. Braman even said that the mechanic had a hard time getting the engine mounts out. Probably, that meant the engine wasn’t going anywhere and I paid needlessly. I picked up the car, over $5,000 later on a Thurs., the minimum oil light came on on Sat. They hadn’t put in the 10 qts. of oil that I had paid for. When I returned to have that done, the check engine light came on again. I took it back and now they didn’t know what was wrong with it. Almost a week later and $1,000 in labor, they said that it need oxygen sensors. They didn’t have a loaner, so I had to be driven to Braman BMW and wait half an hour for a loaner. Don’t take your car to Braman after the warranty is out !!!!!!!!!!! I will never buy another car from Braman. This was my third. More
