Only reason I bought at Braman was that I got my car ordered earlier than other places. Sales guy was arrogant, and never heard from him again. Promised to ship me a few things for my car and never go ordered earlier than other places. Sales guy was arrogant, and never heard from him again. Called him numerous times and nothing. 3 different BMW Sales employees from other dealers call me yearly and send postcards for xmas and birthday. As well as being attentive to any issues or needs I have with my vehicle. I am sure I will eventually get a call when my lease comes up. Braman should expect the same treatment I got, no return calls. More
