The dealership was extremely accommodating in addressing several cosmetic issues that were discovered during our inspection of the vehicle. They worked diligently to get the needed parts and the quality of several cosmetic issues that were discovered during our inspection of the vehicle. Although the salesperson I was referred to was no longer at the dealership, I was directed to Rick Schwenk who provided useful information and was helpful in selecting the car. He actually improved my selection. Over the next couple of days they provided additional information and we, including manager Dan Diamond, negotiated, what I believe was a very good deal for the exact car I wanted and purchased.
