The salesman was very knowledgeable about the vehicle at first, but once we receive the approval, it took too long to get the vehicle after the paperwork was signed. I bought a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT and the disk were warped and had bad brakes. Never was I made aware of it guy just wanted to make a sell. He made the transaction simple, easy, pleasant and efficient. We completed most of the negotiations and discussions over email and text and only one phone call. I value my time and he did not waste it by any means. What was pictured and described via their website online of the car I was purchasing, was further confirmed by Michael providing more information. He answered all my questions. No headaches. I traded in a vehicle for the tax credit on the new-to-me vehicle. Michael just needed the VIN, a few photos of the car and they made me a fair offer. I was able to drive in my old car and use it as credit against the one I was purchasing. Easy as can be. The car was exactly as they showed, which was a good thing. The finance lady at the dealership, I think her name was Kayla, was super pleasant. Very friendly, efficient and professional. It was nice to end the car buying experience with a nice finance person as that is not always the most fun part of the experience. The dealership is super clean. Bottled water and drinks available. The cars are truly amazing there. They have some famous Porsche cars in their showroom that you will recognize from movies. I cannot afford one, but it was amazing to see them. Oh, they have my favorite melty mints in the bathroom. The bathrooms were spotless. Such a refreshing experience working with Michael and Porsche of West Houston. I would definitely work with them on my next purchase. More
