Olga was responsive and helpful when I called to see if some cars were still available and if I could see them. She was prompt when I arrived and had everything ready to show me. She was knowledgeable about the car I was interested in, even though it was not a Porsche. We were able to create a deal and a purchase within 3 hours from start to finish which is exactly the way I like to by a car. Fast and easy. She worked with the managers and other players to get me the most possible for my trade in and to understand that I wanted to pay for the car with a mix of cash and credit. She had the card ready for us the next day with a bow for my daughter, who fell in love. Great overall experience! More

However, if you’re buying a pre-owned car, which is not a Porsche, the communication and support is extremely limited and unreliable.
