Prior to my visit, Kris ensured I was provided all the answers to the questions I had before I stepped foot on the property. Upon my arrival, I found the car I was interested in put aside for me on the lot; freshly washed and waxed. After a quick walk around, I sought out Kris, who eagerly greeted my wife and I. After a test drive and a review of the car, Kris helped us get the ball rolling to make this car ours without any pressure and only welcomed assistance. Finally, Kevin Henry ensured our purchase went smoothly. He provided all the available purchase options with 100% transparency, throwing out any options that would be unreasonable. I would have to say my experience at Porsche West Broward has been the ultimate best car buying experience I have ever had. The facility itself is new and packs a great atmosphere. The vehicles are all amazing. Every member of the staff is welcoming and cheerful. I never once felt like I was another sale, but more of a VIP. You'd be hard-pressed to find anyone who would walk away from this dealership, a member of the Penske Automotive Group, disappointed. More
