Deplorable Horrific customer service. My brand new cayenne’s brakes have been squeaking all day every day for 1 year. I have brought it down 5 times to address t Horrific customer service. Nothing has been done about it. They keep telling me there is nothing they can do. They have never even replaced the brakes to see if that would solve the problem! Unbelievable. Complete rip off/lack of customer service I brought my 2013 Porsche Cayenne diesel in for a recall, was also going to have the rear window switch fixed, the oil light reset and the cayenne sym I brought my 2013 Porsche Cayenne diesel in for a recall, was also going to have the rear window switch fixed, the oil light reset and the cayenne symbol in the rear replaced due to it cracking. When purchased I was told that any emblems on the vehicle would be replaced for a $50 deductible only. When I dropped the vehicle off for the scheduled service I advised them of the following items that needed to be serviced. At no time did they tell me what was and wasn't covered under warranty and at no time did they give me an estimated price for the cost of the work. After 3days I received a call advising the vehicle was ready and that the total cost for the above work would be in the amount of $200. At no time could anyone get a straight answer regarding the service whether or not it was covered by the warranty. Their response to me about the emblem and resetting the oil change indicator was "well it is either covered or it isn't and I guess it isn't". And also due to the fact that I went to a anther dealership (which was a certified dealership) to have the oil changed and not at Porsche of Warwick they stated that they could not and would not reset it without charging me. There was no CUSTOMER SERVICE and they make you feel like a number and not a person, truly upsetting, felt as if I was misled upon purchase and due to the fact of how reputable they are as a dealership it was a complete disappointment in my overall experience. More

Lynn in the finance office is the most profesional lady, and pleasant person to walk you through the paper work, you will ever deal with. Enrique in service knows how to help you and your car's needs as well as the certified mechanics he represents. I have purchased eight cars from the Inskip Auto Mall. Porsche of Warwick leaves the other stores in a race for second place, just as the Porsche brand says, "There is no substitute". More
After my first purchase at Inskip Porsche, I feel confident that I made the right decision. Having researched my Cayman on line, I was comfortable with price, options and regional availability. Kristina Paris then did a remarkably good job of balancing an informative and encouraging buying experience. It is fair to say that without her approach, I would likely not have closed the deal. Indeed, I felt that, ultimately, she went to bat for me with regards to the price negotiation. Kristina's follow-up has been as good as the buying experience. The delivery was exciting and timely. At that time, she learned that I recently purchased a Cayenne from another dealer. Her offer to also service this warranteed vehicle at Inskip further cemented my notion that she is interested in a long term customer relationship. Inskip Porsche is fortunate to have such a talented, pleasant and effective sales professional on its team. More

He has been ,without a doubt , the most pleasant and helpful salesman that I have ever dealt with and I am recommending all of my friends to contact Guy Cassaday when they are ready for a new or used Porsche. I can't say enough about how he treated me with great care and professionalism .Guy made this a very happy experience and I think anyone in the market for a Porsche should ask for him at Porsche of Warwick. This was a terrific experience. Kristina was very personable, very knowledgeable and very efficient. The two cars I had spoken to her about were ready and waiting for test drives when I got there. personable, very knowledgeable and very efficient. The route she picked was great, offering a good variety of roads to try the cars on. Everything about Kristina and the dealership was intelligent, low key and confidence inspiring. We ended up buying a different make of car, but Kristina will be the first and likely only person we call when we are next shopping for a Porsche. More
I have nothing but great things to say about Inskip Porsche, specifically Lynne Norcini and Kristina Paris. They provided me with the best customer experience by far out of any other Porsche dealers t Porsche, specifically Lynne Norcini and Kristina Paris. They provided me with the best customer experience by far out of any other Porsche dealers that I have dealt with. No wonder they are a 2011 Premier Porsche Dealer! I have to say, from beginning to end, the sales process only took 3 days. They were very accommodating with my requirements / needs and went out of their way to make sure I was treated like a real customer. Their attention to details and the time they spent following up with me were unbelievable. They provided me with status updates throughout the entire process (negotiation, paperworks, bank approval, etc) and I didn't have to spend any time calling or following up (which I had to do with other dealers). Overall, I am a very happy customer and I will definitely go back to Inskip Porsche when it's time to upgrade to a GT3 or Turbo S =). If you do go to Inskip Porsche, make sure you get a chance to work with Lynne and/or Kristina. It will make your Porsche buying/leasing experience that much more special.
