I wanted to take a minute to express my special thanks to Mark Walker at Porsche Warwick. Let me start out by saying this was my dream for years, ever since I was a kid…now I can afford to make my dream into Mark Walker at Porsche Warwick. Let me start out by saying this was my dream for years, ever since I was a kid…now I can afford to make my dream into reality, thus a big deal and very very speical as any new car purchase should. I live in Boston and Cape Cod so I called my local dealerships, knowing the spec I wanted and the basics. I got no where but snark and rude replies. I said, “Let’s call one more dealership and if that fails, I’ll just wait…”…I call Warwick and get Mark…I explained my situation and he gave me the best news…I was actually blown away and speechless. I asked if I could make an appointment then next day which he made and followed up. The next day we (friend and I) got there early. Mark showed us around service, lounge and spent all time with us in ordering the new car. I really couldn’t have asked for a better day in my life with first class service beyond what I expected. On the way out Kristinia (Manager) came out to introduce and thank me…explaining how she would input the order into Porsche and Mark would follow up…which he did an hour later…! Thank you both for first class, red carpet service. I know this is what you do daily for all clientele but this will be something that I’ll never forget. More
Max and team were attentive to our needs from the first time we contacts them until we drove off the lot with our new Macan. They answered all of our questions…..no question was too small. Even though I did not purchase the Boxster that I was interested in, I found Max to be upright and clear regarding the terms of the sale. Quick email response from salesman. I received an email from the GM asking about my experience. When I responded and told him that it could have been better he never responded back. Worked with Mark Walker on my first car Porsche Macan. He literally took just an hr at the tops to finish all the paperwork including the test drive. Never had this most efficient experience anywhere else especially after sitting for 3 hrs at Land Rover that led nowhere. We were so delighted at this experience and would like to work with him in future too. More
I first began looking for a pre-owned 981 Cayman S five years ago. Porsche of Warwick had one I was interested and that's when I met Carlos. I ultimately decided to not buy that particular car, but Carlo years ago. Porsche of Warwick had one I was interested and that's when I met Carlos. I ultimately decided to not buy that particular car, but Carlos impressed me with is attention to detail, an ability to listen very well and his product knowledge. It was well over a year later when I came back to Porsche of Warwick (still with no Cayman S) and I wanted to put my name in for the new 718 Spyder I'd read about. I specifically asked to work with Carlos….that was in January 2018. While waiting for a Spyder allotment, I bought a 'bridge car' from him (a 2013 Boxster they had on the lot). Finally, my 2021 718 Spyder build slot arrived and I bought that car from him as well. I'll gladly continue buying Porsche's from Carlos. Since first meeting Carlos five years ago, he and I have spent a lot of time together (in person, on the phone and via email). He always follows through...no exceptions. He doesn’t know everything and doesn’t pretend to, either. When he needs to, he lets me know he’ll look into something for me and by gosh, he gets back to me with an answer. Chase and Jackie in service are also great to work with. My feeling is that you shouldn’t have to ‘endure’ a dealership experience. The people at Porsche of Warwick feel like friends and partners. As such, my experience with them has been nothing short of stellar since that first step into their showroom 5 years ago. I've since bought two cars from them and have recommended Porsche of Warwick (and Carlos, specifically) to a friend who (just today) received his build slot because the folks over there made it happen. He’s thrilled and I’m thrilled for all of them. This is how a relationship with your dealership SHOULD be. More

I would like to pay a very special thanks to Jaymes Vasques in service who has been a first-class person to deal with for several years, Jaymes is always attentive, responsive, providing an excellent customer experience. I am kept informed during every visit, during the most recent service the car was returned to my company door. In our company Sales sells the first product, Service keeps the customer coming back, this has been my experience with Porsche Warwick Service. Max was fantastic!!!! Walk into showroom "no one" came to me after 5 minutes I was going to leave and Max came out and helped me and gave me the best customer service.
