My dealings with this dealer goes back more than 10 years, and three plus cars purchased. Each and every time I have been pleased. One a broader one, I have to say, I think car dealers get a bad rap. Maybe I'm just luck, but I have always been treated fairly. I have purchased from both Porsche and Audi at this dealer aNd each time the experience was very pleasant. More

Great used 911 buying experience with Michael Kaplan Michael Kaplan sat down with me and took notes of my concerns and interests in pursuit of a 997 generation 911 (my first Porsche). He went through and Michael Kaplan sat down with me and took notes of my concerns and interests in pursuit of a 997 generation 911 (my first Porsche). He went through and addressed each item before we took a look at the car and went for a test drive. He gave me lots of useful tips and advice beyond just demonstrating the attributes of this specific car. I appreciate his thoroughness and detail as well as his follow-through after the sale. He gave realistic expectations about what to expect with a car of this vintage but I could tell his obvious enthusiasm for the brand and for welcoming newcomers into the fold. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Michael to anyone in the market for Porsche. This was my second time dealing with Al Cramer (I leased an Audi earlier from the same dealership) and I remain impressed by his professionalism and lack of pressure for financing/business items. More
