I have been looking for a pre owned boxter for some time now and I stopped by Porsche of Tysons Corner. I was some what reluctant and worried I would have to deal with some overwhelming smooth talking sales now and I stopped by Porsche of Tysons Corner. I know what I want and I can afford to purchase what I like exactly when I am ready to do so. Although I did not purchase a Boxter I did discuss my desires and interests with a wonderful fellow by the name of Abe. He listened to me go on and on. He and I discussed a few options and after I do a little bit more thinking I am set on returning to work with Abe. He was not pushy and when he realized I was not buying right away he remained helpful and smiling. This is important to me. More
Saturday was time to turn-in the 2007 Cayman and I met Pat Driscoll, Porsche Sales Consultant, to conduct the return. Anything I asked he accommodated … pulling each out for a daylight detailed look, side by side comparisons, test drives … Pat made it happen. He provided me with the specs and answered all questions. A test drive of the Cayman S on the showroom, it was ready after lunch. Pat assisted with 2 final test drives and Jimmy Elefantis, Sales Manager reduced the price to my number. Pat focused his attention to my needs while doing the same for his other set of clients for delivery of their new Porsches. Both Pat and Jimmy as well as the entire team accomplished my delivery quickly with zero issues and hassles and made this a car leasing experience that "Goes in the Record Books as the Best Car Buying Event Ever!" This is my second purchase from Jamie Reed in the last three years. This time, it is for a very limited production vehicle. I was afraid. I was to buy a car for my son who will be going to college this summer. He wanted a Volkswagen Passat. I had a very low budget to work with. Nothing decent found. Several visits to Manassas used car dealerships that don't deserve the title as a business. I'm sure some good investigative work could have them put out of business. Finally, we saw your 2000 Passat on the internet for a fair price. But, we were afraid to go to a Porsche dealership with such prestige with our low budget. We thought we would be looked down upon and ignored. Thank you for the experience, thank you for your honesty, thank you for your professionalism and overall outstanding customer service. I never imagined that my experience would be something deserving an outstanding review. Thank you for the great deal of working with my budget. I bought the vehicle in the morning and was to come back later with my son to pick it up. Well, my son wasn't aware that I had purchased the car and I wanted to somewhat surprise him. I was wondering how I would get your sales team to not give away the surprise. Well, to my surprise they were on it and made the surprise really work. This was a great day for me. Let me start to state that the service has been exceptional. I had a Porsche Boxster that I purchased from Tysons in the past and the Sales and Service side has been great. This time I purchased a used Porsche Boxster 2005 elsewhere but came to Porsche of Tysons for the service. The Service advisor was fantastic, I have dealt with several dealers in the past and Alex really cared, he took ownership of the service as there were several visits, he explained everything in detail and made sure everything was being done. Alex also provided a call back at every instance for updates and always called back with the details at the time specified. Over all he went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. I have also had several dealings with the Service manager in the past and in my most recent experience, he was very polite and helpful, when he recognized me as previous owner came in to say hello and if everything was going well, he also followed up several times to make sure I was satisfied. I also have to pint out that the actual technicians were very helpful, several times when trying to resolve a problem they took the time to come out look and explain. Salesman David Brady was very knowledgeable about the Boxster and took quite a bit of time to help a first-time Porsche buyer understand the car. Past experience at other dealers has shown buying a new car can be a bit of a trial; Porsche of Tyson's has a clean, simple process. I will definitely recommend the Boxster, as well as the crew of Porsche of Tyson's, to my soon-to-be jealous friends. More
I bought a new Porsche Boxster S. The salesman (Bill) was extremely helpful and pleasant. The sales manager was no-nonsense and offered a very fair price to earn our business. The entire negotiation took about 10 minutes with none of the tiresome back and forth. The paper work was handled quickly and Valerie (credit) was a pleasure and fast. The entire transaction took only 30 minutes from closing on a price to getting the keys. Bill spent a lot of time showing me the car and made sure I knew everything I wanted to know before driving off. Great experience. I would definitely recommend HBL to others. More
