My car was in pieces It took a week just to perform a 2 hour diagnostic test. Manny said he would call me back with updates twice and never did. I had to call the dealership myself to get status updates. He only called me back to notify me of the payment required. There was an issue with the vacuum pump in my car but I didn't trust them to fix the issue in a timely manner so I decided to pick up my car. I had received a notification via text that my car was ready for pickup. When I went to pick up my car I saw that the engine bay was completely exposed, the top cover and head shielding were missing, THEY WERE STILL IN THE SERVICE GARAGE. In my trunk, all the panels were not put back into place and were just scattered about inside the trunk. They had driven my car to the guest lot ready for pickup when my car had not been reassembled yet, truly unbelievable. All the mechanics had already left for the day so I had to come back the next day to get my car so they could put it all back together. Manny made no effort to rectify his atrocious customer service. He did not value my time or my business so needless to say, I will never go back to Porsche Tysons Corner. More

He was kind and patient enough to help me find exactly what I was looking for. We test drove the car I came for and I did not like it as much as I anticipated. I expressed what kind of car I wanted and he knew exactly what to get. He pulled the next car up and I instantly fell in love with it. We went on a test drive and I knew right away that this was the one. This Is my first Porsche and one of the most beautiful cars I’ve ever purchased. Ramin stated that he was new at the dealership, which surprised me even more! Ramin went over everything with me so that I could understand all the features and buttons in the car. Will definitely refer and recommend this dealership to anyone in the market to buy a car! More

Recent service I dropped off my Porsche early on a Thursday for routine, annual service and was told my car would be ready for pick-up by the end of the day. No one I dropped off my Porsche early on a Thursday for routine, annual service and was told my car would be ready for pick-up by the end of the day. No one from the dealer called me by 5:00 p.m. so I called them. After being shuttled to several people, they told me the service would be completed until the next day. I had not heard from them by 10:00 a.m. on Friday so I called again. After a couple of transfers, they told me the service was done and the car was ready to be picked up. When I got to the dealer, I noticed my service adviser was overwhelmed with work while the two or three others did not seem nearly as busy. After a wait of less than 5 minutes, my car was delivered to the pick-up spot. As far as I can tell, the actual work performed was appropriate and done well. My complaint is with the delay. If the service department was that busy, they should not have scheduled the appointment. Once they determined by car would not be ready on Thursday as promised, someone should have called to inform me (if not my busy service adviser, then a different adviser or the not-too-busy receptionist). When the car was ready on Friday, someone should have call me, rather than I having to call them to inquire. This latest experience is not typical of my overall experience with the dealer and the service department. They did provide me with a complimentary loaner Porsche vehicle. More
